Relaxing vacation

A very beautiful holiday home, well equipped, in a small quiet park.
You could sit wonderfully on the covered terrace.
The contact with the Toewe family was very good and responses were always quick. We received good tips regarding dining out, shopping, and leisure activities.
The parking space in front of the house was ideal. Our dog also loved lying in the fenced garden. All in all, we had a very nice and relaxing holiday.

The holiday home is located in a quiet area, within walking distance to the beach.
It is lovingly furnished, very clean, and equipped with everything one needs for a two-week holiday.
The garden is completely fenced, which was great for us, as we (a couple) traveled with two larger dogs.

Cosy and relaxing for humans and dogs :-)

We had a quiet and relaxing week in this beautiful house.
The changeable weather was best endured in the infrared sauna, and as soon as it was dry, we went outside.
The way to the beach is easy to manage with the bikes, a bit longer on foot.
The contact with the landlords was very friendly and possible at any time.

We felt comfortable.

We had a nice stay at Yperhof 17. Beautiful garden, unfortunately not covered. During a week of rain, we would have liked to be able to sit outside a bit, as the inside is quite small.
The fireplace is great, but we only used it once.
I hadn't considered the quite steep staircase to the second floor. Not recommended if you're not very stable on your feet at night and might need to go out. There is a single bed on the ground floor, where I slept.
Yperhof is nice and quiet, we felt comfortable.

The beautiful house is located in a quiet and very well-kept park, and there is a parking space for a car right by the house. We felt very comfortable there. There was nothing missing in the house, and everything was very neat and clean. Our dog was warmly welcomed. The very nice landlords were always available. We would love to go on vacation there again. You can quickly reach the dunes and from there the beach. There is a small shopping center and a Lidl nearby. By car or bike, you can also quickly reach Callantsoog, where there are many restaurants and nice shops.

Nice little house in well-maintained park.

We had a good time in this pretty cottage with good facilities. The beds are great, good TV with some German channels, stable WLAN, well-equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, Senseo, hand mixer, freezer, ...). The park is densely built (one parking space in front of the house, second parking space at the entrance), but the garden and also the neighboring gardens are beautifully grown, which makes you feel secure. The fence all around is really escape-proof (child/dog).
The furnishings are appealing, not high-end design, but coordinated and likeable, not put together. No kitsch! Someone has thought about it here. The stairs to the upper floor are quite steep, but you can see that on the photos. For the beach, we would recommend bicycles, we had ours with us, but there were also some in the storage room. Great, well-signposted cycle paths directly from the park.
Shopping center with everything you need nearby (Lidl, 2 supermarkets, drugstore, flowers, pet supplies, shoes, Hema, ice cream parlor, etc.)
Booking, contact, response time, quick refund of deposit as you would like it. Everything's okay!

Very good location for trips to the beach or into the hinterland. Perfect for a holiday with a dog. The facilities were functional and good, but a bit tight for 4 people, okay for 2 people. Overall, we felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

Great price-performance ratio

There were five of us plus a dog, staying as guests for 2 weeks. The North Sea was almost at our doorstep, and a small canal was easy to reach. We enjoyed using stand-up paddle boards on both the canal and the North Sea. With three bikes we brought and 2 provided by the landlord, we were able to explore easily and leave the car behind for shopping. The house and the surroundings were well-maintained and despite many dogs, very peaceful. We had a relaxing time. Thank you.

Beautiful well-maintained holiday home

The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday park. It is equipped with everything you need on vacation. We were able to spend our vacation with 5 people and small dogs in this lovely house. Everyone enjoyed it very much. Commendable is the fenced plot where the dogs could stay after swimming in the sea. The weather was a bit mixed with rain, storms, and sunshine, but that cannot be changed. The beach was further away than expected but easily accessible. Communication with the landlord is another plus point. There was an immediate response to every question. A vacation there is highly recommended. Only people with limited mobility would have difficulty managing the stairs to the bedrooms. All in all, the vacation was great.

The location is also very nice. We made lovely day trips from Julianadorp, shopping was possible just around the corner, and the beach in Julianadorp was easy to reach. Our dog also felt very comfortable in the enclosed garden. Definitely recommendable!

A week of relaxation in the Maldives.

I was with my sister, a friend, and my Labrador dog in Yperhof. We liked it already when we entered the house. We hadn't seen the rest yet. It is lovingly decorated and has everything you need. We fully relaxed in that one week. The weather was mixed, but still pleasant, so we could do a lot and return happily. I can only recommend this accommodation and I would come back if Holland is on the agenda again. Many thanks to the Toewe family!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

We were in Julianadorp for the first time with our 3 dogs and felt really comfortable. The house is lovingly and modernly furnished. Nothing was missing. The beach is easily accessible on foot, with several different sections. We drove a few meters further by car to Paal 6, which we liked the best. There are many restaurants, and we thought Billy Bob was great. The friendly contact with the Toewe family is also another reason why we would like to spend our vacation next year in one of your houses. The holiday home offered everything you needed for a few relaxing days. The kitchen is well-equipped, so you don't need to bring much from home. The location is also very good. Right in the middle of a quiet holiday home settlement. However, you should definitely arrive by car as the nearest shopping facilities are a bit further away and "sights" are not right at the doorstep. A minor drawback: The lawn in the garden was very dry and accordingly did not look inviting. In addition, there was an ant infestation, which seems to have been known for a while (see guestbook). However, this holiday home can still be recommended.

We stayed there with our son (7). The small cottage offers enough space, the rooms are tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Everything is light and friendly. The kitchen and other rooms are fully equipped, nothing is missing. There is a garden, and a playground is nearby. The beach is about 5-10 minutes away by bike.

The contact with the landlords was always uncomplicated. Quick responses to any questions. Even when picking up the keys from the administration, everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, the vacation, as always, was much too short, so we are already considering coming back soon!
