A cosy holiday home with a large, enclosed garden and private parking in front of the door. The house has a spacious kitchen with a 5-burner gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and oven. The cosy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a TV. The living room has a gas fireplace. Through the living room you enter the conservatory where the round dining area is located. The conservatory has French doors to the large garden. Next to the conservatory is the terrace with garden furniture and parasol.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a single bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to the terrace. You can reach the first floor via the stairs. Here you will find the third bedroom with a queen-size bed. The spacious bathroom with bath, WC, washbasin and shower cubicle is also on this floor. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet and a laundry room where the washing machine is located.

The house is in a very quiet location, just what you need to switch off! In the village you will find everything your heart desires: many shops, supermarkets (including Aldi and Lidl), a fish shop, cafés, restaurants, a tennis court, mini golf, a swimming pool, a golf course and a sports school
The cosy beach pavilion "Paal 6" is open all year round.
In Park Ooghduyne (approx. 500m) there is a swimming pool and a golf course.
In Den Helder, approx. 6 km away, there are many attractions: among others, the Rescue Museum, the Naval Museum, the Children's Play Paradise, a cinema. A Japanese garden and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium
