Julianadorp belongs to the municipality of Den Helder and is located directly behind the dunes on the wide long sandy beach of the North Sea. There are all the shops in the center, 1 km away, where there is a central marketplace with a small department store, bank, drug store, cafes, snack and grocery stores (Aldi, Lidl, fish shop) and flower shops. From the nearby port town of Den Helder you can visit the island of Texel. Den Helder has a large covered shopping area, museums, markets and a sea aquarium. Many destinations such as Alkmaar, the historic towns on the IJsselmeer and Amsterdam are easily read the detailed description on our website: Julianadorp is located about 80 km north of the Dutch capital Amsterdam between Alkmaar and Den Helder. The distance to Den Helder is about five km away. In Eastern Julianadorp limit the highway N9 and the parallel North Holland Canal, the west by the North Sea. The district Julianadorp aan Zee is located directly on the North Sea coast. In the south, the municipality Zijpe connects, in the east the municipality Anna Paulowna.

Doppel belegt!!!!!!
Nach dem wir 4 Stunden fahrt hinter uns hatten kamen wir am Ferienhaus an . Der Parkplatz war besetzt. Haben dann geklingelt. Ich sah schon das das Haus besetzt war ,3 Kinder Hund liefen herum. Zum Glück konnte die Frau mich verstehen. Ich sagte ihr das wir das Haus gemietet haben ,Sie aber auch . Sie rief beim Vermieter an ,der ihr dann sagte das Sie ins andere Haus müsse .Sie war total verzweifelt ,denn sie hatte die Betten bezogen und räumte gerade die Schränke ein .Wir einigten uns darauf das wir uns das andere Haus ansehen . Es war ok für uns das wir das dann nehmen, sind in der Aufmachung alle gleich. Von dem Vermieter haben wir nichts mehr gehört. Es liegen keinerlei Infos was wo und wie gemacht wird. Die Wohnung war sehr Herzlos und unsauber. Der Garten war sehr ungepflegt ,Rasen war nicht Gemäht den Hund konnten wir nicht laufen lassen, überall Löcher in der Hecke. Aber was uns am schlimmsten gestört hat war dass das Haus genau am Eingang der Siedlung war! Jeder der Raus wollte ging an dem Haus vorbei und schaute auf unsere Terrasse.

Sie sollten in Haus Nummer 28 bleiben. Dieser Garten ist von der Straße aus weniger sichtbar. Die Person, die Nr. 64 gemietet hatte, hatte einen Fehler gemacht. Ich habe versucht, Sie anzurufen, kam aber nicht durch.

Everything is OK. We will come again.
We (an elderly couple) spent the last week of April in the house.
It was equipped as described on the internet. So everything you needed was there. The surroundings (garden and storage space for our e-bikes) were also OK.
Our expectations were met and we were very satisfied. We would also like to mention the fair price-performance ratio.
We had to contact the landlord, Mr. van Hijum, by telephone due to a power failure (as it turned out later, caused by an electrical kitchen appliance we had brought with us). After a pleasant conversation, Mr van Hijum organised professional help without any problems and in a very short time, and the damage was repaired immediately. Many thanks again to all involved.
We have booked the house for two more weeks this year.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit Kinder und Hund
Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, im Haus an nichts gefehlt.
Für die Kids war das Trampolin einfach super. Und die "großen" konnten es sich in der Sonne auf der Liege gemütlich machen.
Mit den Fahrrädern ist man schnell am Strand oder im Zentrum.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!!!!
Strand, Lage & Haus war super!
Besonders das Trampolin war für die Kinder ein Highlight. Haben von dort aus Tagesausflüge nach Den Helder, Amsterdam, Alkmaar und & Texel gemacht.
Mit dem Auto war alles relativ schnell zu erreichen.
Die Terassentür müsste allerdings mal überprüft werden, ist sehr schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen.
Ansonsten der Kontakt mit den Vermietern erfolgte reibungslos und ohne Probleme.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!

Schönes Ferienhaus f. Familien
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden.
Sehr zu empfehlen für Kinder. Highlight für die Kinder war das Trampolin.
Ein Häuschen zur Erholung für die ganze Familie.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Park für Familien mit Kindern und Hunden ein schönes Domizil. Es ist gut ausgestattet. Der Garten lädt die ganze Familie zum verweilen ein . Im Haus kann man es sich bei schlechtem Wetter gemütlich machen

Urlaub am Meer
Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Lediglich die Terrassentür müsste mal gewartet werden. Lässt sich nur mit hohem Kraftaufwand bewegen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und na zum Strand und zum Ort. Mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern brauchten wir ca. 5 Min. zu einigen nahe gelegenen Restaurants.
