Description

The newly renovated and furnished cottage has on the first floor a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and a bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm box spring bed. Likewise, the kitchen with dining area and the living room with fireplace and an OLed TV are located on the first floor. Upstairs the house has a large bedroom with a 180cm x 200cm box spring bed and a small bedroom with a single bed which can be extended to a double bed. Through the patio door in the living room you can access the garden with sun terrace, barbecue and dining area.

Horrible...

...we will probably have to wait a long time for a free period in this beautiful house.
Because it is rightly always booked.
Thank you for a spotless accommodation, for the loving furnishings, for dreamy nights in the comfortable beds, the nice contact, and especially for the uncomplicated extension of 2 days.

Short vacation in a dream house!

We had a wonderful short vacation with Grandma, Grandpa, a toddler, and a small dog in this great holiday home! Even before our arrival, the contact with the landlady was very friendly and helpful. The house is located close to the beach in a very well-maintained park with a small playground. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a very clean house, and the vacation could begin immediately. The house is tastefully furnished and well-equipped. Large television, two bathrooms (a plus for four adults!), and really comfortable beds. Our highlight was the fenced garden; perfect for a dog and a toddler! We lacked nothing - only the stairs could be a bit more child-proof, but our son just wasn't allowed to go up or down by himself, so it wasn't a problem at all. Washing machine and dryer are also available! From the little house, you walk a bit to the beach. We often took the car and then walked a long way on the beach. We can only recommend this house and definitely want to come back. Thank you for these wonderful days!

Wellness House

We, 2 adults and 2 dogs, spent 14 days in this beautiful holiday home; we felt very comfortable here, and there was absolutely nothing missing! The house is tastefully furnished; everything is very high quality! Our vacation was relaxing from the very beginning, even for the four-legged friends, since the garden is fenced! The location of the house in this small holiday park is also perfect! The communication with Ms. Kremerskothen (landlady) was very straightforward and pleasant! We can recommend this house 100%, and it is not excluded that we will come back again! Wishing you, dear Mrs. Kremerskothen and your family, a good time!

Beautiful holiday home

We were guests in this truly beautiful and tastefully decorated house for 14 days with three adults and a dog.
Super clean upon arrival, everything you need for cooking is there. And above all, in sufficient quantities. Both bathrooms were super clean. Plenty of storage space, the beds were a dream. The washing machine and dryer were in the adjacent room and could be used. There was also a fenced garden with a terrace and plenty of seating. Parking is available right next to the house. We really felt very comfortable. And we recommend the house 100%.

Shops for daily needs can be reached by car in 5 minutes in the small shopping center. The beach is a bit further away on foot, but can also be reached by car in about 5 minutes and there are plenty of free parking spaces available.

We were very satisfied and can imagine coming back.

Dreamy vacation home.

This house really leaves nothing to be desired. It is super chicly furnished, from the dishes to the decorations!! Everything is clean and tidy. The beds or mattresses are very comfortable, there are also enough storage options for clothes etc. The highlight is of course the sauna!!! We used it very gladly, although we had super weather, we still went in in the evenings?Very good was that there are 2 bathrooms, so you don't get in each other's way. The outdoor area is also very nice and on the great seating furniture you could sit in the sun. We didn't use the grill at all, we cooked inside. The house can be easily used with 6 people, we were four. We rented bicycles at the bike rental just before the beach, very friendly service, walking takes too long, especially the last part over the dune. The beach is beautiful and spacious, at the beach bar you can eat some snacks and use the toilets. In the other direction you can cycle to the small shopping center where you can get everything you need. The fish wagon at the parking lot is highly recommended - the mixed plates are super delicious!!! So it was a very nice short vacation and I would rent this house again anytime, also because of the nice contact with the landlady who helped me a lot with my clumsiness....

Super accommodation

We spent a week with our Labrador in the beautiful cottage. The cottage is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Here a big compliment - we had very nice hours. The handling was also very pleasant - additionally, there was a key safe - so we could go straight into the house. The beach is a bit farther away - when it's warm, I would always drive there by car - so the dog doesn't get too tired right away - but that's not a problem. We would always go back to this house.

North Sea Dream

We spent the extended Pentecost weekend in this vacation home with 2 adults, 2 children (17 years old), and a dog. The house is located in a smaller, quiet holiday complex. As soon as you enter the door, you feel at home. The house is very well maintained, clean, and furnished in a high-quality and tasteful manner. The lovely North Sea decorations further contribute to the cozy atmosphere. We made some excursions, so we only used the kitchen for breakfast, but everything is available that you would need for a longer stay. The bathrooms are sufficiently large and very clean. The sauna offers a nice change and is pure luxury. There are three bedrooms, the beds are super comfortable, and you can sleep very well. For us, it was practically a bedroom on the ground floor because I wanted to go to the beach with the dog early in the morning. It took me half an hour to get there with my dog. The beach is super long, clean, and dog-friendly. Due to the weather, there were not many people on the beach, as it was still too cold. We also couldn't use the terrace at the house, but there are garden furniture and a grill available. The garden itself is well-maintained but not fenced. A parking space is located directly at the house. Shopping facilities are not far away. There are plenty of excursion opportunities. Julianadorp is a very pleasant holiday destination. For us, it was a great short vacation. I can only recommend the area and the holiday home. Communication with the landlord, Ms. Kremerskothen, was very nice and pleasant from the beginning. Many thanks once again.

Feel-good house

We (two adults) stayed for 3 nights in the holiday home of the Kremerskothen family in Julianadorp aan Zee. The contact with the landlady was exceptionally friendly and service-oriented from the very first moment. The pictures of the house correspond to reality, meaning the house is simply fantastic and of high quality. In addition to the aforementioned amenities, we found a fully equipped kitchen where nothing was missing (branded dishes & pots, etc.). The bedroom upstairs is equipped with a good box spring bed, which ensured a restful sleep. There is also enough storage space for the things you always carry around ;-) The outdoor area is well-kept, and the garden furniture is extremely cozy. Thus, we were able to enjoy the spring sun sheltered from the wind. However, the garden area is not completely fenced, so pets or small children can quickly run off. The house is located in a quiet holiday park, but you do have to walk a bit further to get to the sea. However, we quickly reached the beach by bike. All in all, a top holiday home, and we can recommend it 100%. We will definitely come back.

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern (17 Jahre alt) und einem Hund das verlängerte Pfingstwochenende in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer kleineren, ruhigen Ferienanlage. Sofort wenn man zur Tür hereinkommt fühlt man sich wohl. Das Haus ist sehr pepflegt, sauber und hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die liebevolle Nordsee - Dekoration trägt zusätzlich zum Wohlfühlambiente bei. Wir haben einige Ausflüge gemacht, daher haben wir die Küche nur zum frühstücken benutzt aber es ist alles vorhanden was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt brauchen würde. Die Bäder sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Die Sauna bietet eine schöne Abwechslung und ist Luxus pur. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, die Betten sind super bequem und man kann sehr gut schlafen. Für uns war es praktisch ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss zu haben, da ich schon früh morgens mit dem Hund an den Strand laufen wollte. Für den Weg dorthin habe ich mit meinem Hund eine halbe Stunde gebraucht. Der Strand ist super lang, sauber und hundefreundlich. Aufgrund des Wetters waren auch nicht so viele Menschen am Strand, dafür war es noch zu kalt.
Die Terasse am Haus konnten wir deshalb auch nicht benutzen, aber Gartenmöbel und ein Grill sind vorhanden.
Der Garten selbst ist gepflegt, aber nicht eingezäunt. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt . Es gibt genug Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Julianadorp ist ein sehr angenehmer Urlaubsort.
Für uns war es ein toller Kurzurlaub. Ich kann die Gegend und das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Frau Kremerskothen, war von Anfang an sehr nett und sympathisch. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank.
