Description
The newly renovated and furnished cottage has on the first floor a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and a bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm box spring bed. Likewise, the kitchen with dining area and the living room with fireplace and an OLed TV are located on the first floor. Upstairs the house has a large bedroom with a 180cm x 200cm box spring bed and a small bedroom with a single bed which can be extended to a double bed. Through the patio door in the living room you can access the garden with sun terrace, barbecue and dining area.

Beautiful holiday home
We were guests in this truly beautiful and tastefully decorated house for 14 days with three adults and a dog.
Super clean upon arrival, everything you need for cooking is there. And above all, in sufficient quantities. Both bathrooms were super clean. Plenty of storage space, the beds were a dream. The washing machine and dryer were in the adjacent room and could be used. There was also a fenced garden with a terrace and plenty of seating. Parking is available right next to the house. We really felt very comfortable. And we recommend the house 100%.
Shops for daily needs can be reached by car in 5 minutes in the small shopping center. The beach is a bit further away on foot, but can also be reached by car in about 5 minutes and there are plenty of free parking spaces available.
We were very satisfied and can imagine coming back.

Dreamy vacation home.
This house really leaves nothing to be desired. It is super chicly furnished, from the dishes to the decorations!! Everything is clean and tidy. The beds or mattresses are very comfortable, there are also enough storage options for clothes etc. The highlight is of course the sauna!!! We used it very gladly, although we had super weather, we still went in in the evenings?Very good was that there are 2 bathrooms, so you don't get in each other's way. The outdoor area is also very nice and on the great seating furniture you could sit in the sun. We didn't use the grill at all, we cooked inside. The house can be easily used with 6 people, we were four. We rented bicycles at the bike rental just before the beach, very friendly service, walking takes too long, especially the last part over the dune. The beach is beautiful and spacious, at the beach bar you can eat some snacks and use the toilets. In the other direction you can cycle to the small shopping center where you can get everything you need. The fish wagon at the parking lot is highly recommended - the mixed plates are super delicious!!! So it was a very nice short vacation and I would rent this house again anytime, also because of the nice contact with the landlady who helped me a lot with my clumsiness....

Tolles Haus
Wir waren 1 Woche in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Ankerplatz. Es ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und es fehlte nichts. Da das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt hat haben wir die Sauna häufig genutzt!
Ein dicker Pluspunkt im Herbst /Winter!
Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Nur zum Strand wäre es uns zu Fuß etwas weit,mit dem Fahrrad aber ok.

Super Unterkunft
Wir haben eine Woche mit unserem Labrador in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und es ist alles an Ausstattung vorhanden.
Hier ein großes Lob - wir haben sehr schöne Stunden verbracht. Auch die Abwicklung war sehr angenehm - zudem noch ein Schlüsselsafe vorhanden war - so konnten wir gleich ins Haus.
Zum Strand ist es etwas länger - wenn es warm ist würde ich immer mit dem Auto dorthin fahren - damit der Hund nicht gleich so kaputt ist - aber das stellt kein Problem dar.
Wir würden immer wieder in dieses Haus fahren.

Nordseetraum
Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern (17 Jahre alt) und einem Hund das verlängerte Pfingstwochenende in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer kleineren, ruhigen Ferienanlage. Sofort wenn man zur Tür hereinkommt fühlt man sich wohl. Das Haus ist sehr pepflegt, sauber und hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die liebevolle Nordsee - Dekoration trägt zusätzlich zum Wohlfühlambiente bei. Wir haben einige Ausflüge gemacht, daher haben wir die Küche nur zum frühstücken benutzt aber es ist alles vorhanden was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt brauchen würde. Die Bäder sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Die Sauna bietet eine schöne Abwechslung und ist Luxus pur. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, die Betten sind super bequem und man kann sehr gut schlafen. Für uns war es praktisch ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss zu haben, da ich schon früh morgens mit dem Hund an den Strand laufen wollte. Für den Weg dorthin habe ich mit meinem Hund eine halbe Stunde gebraucht. Der Strand ist super lang, sauber und hundefreundlich. Aufgrund des Wetters waren auch nicht so viele Menschen am Strand, dafür war es noch zu kalt.
Die Terasse am Haus konnten wir deshalb auch nicht benutzen, aber Gartenmöbel und ein Grill sind vorhanden.
Der Garten selbst ist gepflegt, aber nicht eingezäunt. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt . Es gibt genug Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Julianadorp ist ein sehr angenehmer Urlaubsort.
Für uns war es ein toller Kurzurlaub. Ich kann die Gegend und das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Frau Kremerskothen, war von Anfang an sehr nett und sympathisch. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank.

Wohlfühlhaus
Wir (zwei Erwachsene) waren für 3 Nächte in dem Ferienhaus von Familie Kremerskothen in Julianadorp an Zee. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war vom ersten Augenblick an ausgesprochen freundlich und serviceorientiert.
Die Bilder des Hauses entsprechen der Realität, sprich das Haus ist einfach fantastisch und wertig ausgestattet. Zu der o.g. Ausstattung fanden wir eine komplett ausgestattete Küche vor, in der uns nichts fehlte (Markengeschirr &-Töpfe, etc.). Das Schlafzimmer oben ist mit einem guten Boxspringbett ausgestattet, welches für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgte.
Auch gibt es ausreichend Stauraum für die Dinge, die man immer so mitschleppt ;-)
Der Außenbereich ist gepflegt und die Gartengarnitur ist ausgesprochen gemütlich. So konnten wir windgeschützt die Frühlingssonne genießen. Allerdings ist der Gartenbereich nicht komplett eingezäunt, so dass Haustiere oder kleine Kinder auch mal geschwind entwischen können.
Das Haus steht in einem ruhigen Ferienpark, allerdings muss man doch ein wenig weiter laufen, um ans Meer zu gelangen. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir jedoch rucki-zucki am Strand.
Alles in allem ein Top Ferienhaus und wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sicherlich mal wieder.
