We welcome you to our rustic farmhouse in the best hillside location in the relaxed village of Langesthei
The perfect place for all those who appreciate peace and a beautiful view. And at the same time a good connection to hiking trails and ski areas
The house has 13 comfortable beds (all 2 m long) in a total of six bedrooms, two new bathrooms with a total of three showers and two separate toilets. Two bedrooms also have their own washbasins.
In the basement is the cosy parlour with an electrically heated tiled stove and a fully equipped kitchen with corner bench, large Eco Fresh fridge, freezer and coffee pad machine.
Modern electric storage heaters with thermostat control provide cosy warmth even in the cold winter.
From the garden and two small sunny balconies you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountain panorama of the Samnaun group
For a good start to the day, the local baker offers a daily breakfast delivery service with freshly baked goods.
Skiers and snowboarders can conveniently store their boards in the ski shed. Ski boot/boot dryers are also available free of charge
The ski bus stops almost directly in front of the door and takes you free of charge directly to the valley stations of the mountain railways in Kappl or also to Ischgl.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house and at a short distance along the road.
We ask you to bring bed linen & towels, pillows and duvets are available.

The house is quietly situated on the "sunny balcony" of the Paznaun valley in the small village of Langesthei.
Here you can enjoy your holiday away from the hustle and bustle
In summer you start directly with the bike or hike. The hut is only a few minutes walk from the ascent to the Pezinerspitze. A recommendable hike. A special experience is the sunrise on the Pezinerspitze
In winter you have the choice between the quiet and familiar skiing areas in Kappl & See or the gigantic skiing area Ischgl-Samnaun
The ski bus takes you comfortably to the respective skiing areas.

Cosy and rustic accommodation
We got exactly what we expected: a cosy and rustic hut in the mountains, ideal for groups. You don't get too much of the other life in the Paznaun valley in the hut, which is in the very small village of Langesthei, far away from the tourist strongholds of the valley. The location is wonderful, from about 1500 metres above sea level you have a great view from the balcony and from the house into the valley, which is much lower
The flat, which occupies the left part of the farmhouse, is very cramped in the doorways and hallways. So it is certainly not a suitable place for the infirm or those with limited mobility. Otherwise, however, this fits in very well with the quaint style of the flat and did not bother us at all.
It is advantageous to have a car or to use the bus, because the surrounding ski areas cannot be reached on foot - in return you get the quiet atmosphere. In summer, a beautiful hiking trail leads directly from the small village to the 2550m high Pezinerspitze, the remaining hikes and/or mountain bike tours are also better reached by car.
The bread service was excellent, the communication with the landlord was also uncomplicated and friendly
If the conditions (same group, availability of the house) fit, we would definitely come again and can only recommend the hut.

Beautiful hut directly on the mountain
A beautiful old quiet mountain chalet with everything you need!
The hut is beautifully situated in the small, quiet village of Langesthei.
It is a bit of a drive to Kappl, but you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer and a fantastic view of the entire valley and the See mountain range opposite.
The kitchen and the lounge are equipped with everything you need, so you don't have to bring anything.
The rooms are a good size (some with balconies), the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage space for luggage.
There is also nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness, so we give it a clear recommendation.
Small tip:
The hut is only a few minutes' walk from the ascent to Peziner Spitze, a very beautiful hike that should not be missed. (Especially recommended at sunrise or sunset!)

Recreation off the beaten track
We like to come back every year. For us, the hut is the perfect mix of seclusion and at the same time good connections to excellent ski areas in the surrounding area. So we can explore a different area every day (if we want to). Easy and quick to do by ski bus or car.
If you still want to party, you can just stay a little longer in the valley. Most of the time, however, we prefer the peace and quiet and above all the sunny location up on the slope, while the valley is already in the shade :)
The hut itself is rustic and authentic. Still real "mountain feeling"without mass tourism. It has everything you need. It is clean, really cosy and absolutely interesting for groups in terms of price
We are already looking forward to next winter!

Dream hut high on the hill
We had a very nice skiing vacation here. The house is adequately equipped to handle full occupancy without any problems, including enough dishes, dining areas, and bedrooms. When occupying the bedrooms, one should pay a little attention to ensure that the largest ones do not get the smallest beds ;-) I only gave four stars for amenities and location because the house is not a luxury accommodation and is located relatively far from the main road high up on the slope. However, the landlord clearly points out both of these things, so it is absolutely fine for me.
The contact with the landlord was pleasant, direct, and pragmatic. Even a potential complete failure of the double shower in advance due to extreme temperatures was quickly resolved. Definitely highly recommended!

Rustic cabin for individualists
A week of skiing vacation with the family clan in the middle of the mountains - an authentic experience in this small house! A great view of the valley and the surrounding mountains compensates for the slightly longer, adventurous winding drive.
The house is cozy, the many rooms and the living room very comfortable, and it offers what you need on vacation. The snack station directly opposite invites you to a cozy snack or an après-ski beer. A car is definitely an advantage for skiing in Kappl and Ischgl - it takes about 30 minutes to Ischgl. The bread service is extremely convenient for 13 people and there is something for everyone.
Overall, we had a nice and peaceful skiing vacation with sunny weather and nice people - everything was perfect.

Everyone was satisfied. A beautiful rustic cottage. Price performance ok. The approach was unfamiliar for some of us, but that's how it is in the mountains. You just had to be careful with small children on the stairs.
