Description
Renting out a comfortable, solidly built holiday home on the Baltic Sea in the beautiful seaside resort of Lubmin – approx. 10 min. from the beach.
The holiday home has, in addition to the spacious living room with open kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom with large shower, as well as an entrance hall with wardrobe. A terrace with garden furniture and awning complete the property.
Central heating also allows use during the colder season. The living room has, in addition to a comfortable sofa, a small wall unit, a large television set with satellite connection, and a radio.
The open kitchen offers everything needed for preparing meals: electric multi-burner stove, coffee machine and kettle, toaster, egg cooker, mini oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, running cold and hot water, as well as a dishwasher. An extractor hood is also installed. A cozy sitting area for shared meals is available.
The comfortable bedroom has a double bed for 2 people, each with a nightstand. A wardrobe and a dresser complete the furnishings.
We kindly ask you to bring your own bed linen, hand towels / bath towels!!!!!
The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a comfortable shower (1 m x 1 m) and a washbasin with a large mirror. A heated towel rail is also available, as well as a window facing the courtyard. The entrance hall is accessed via the terrace and connects the individual rooms with each other. A hallway wardrobe with shoe cabinet is located there.
A utility room with gas heating and useful appliances and utensils is also available.
The terrace is located directly at the entrance area and can also be accessed from the living room through the terrace door. A large awning provides sufficient protection from intense sunlight. You can park your vehicle in the guest parking lot, which is located on the property.
You will then reach the holiday home via a separate entrance.
Parking, barbecue, handcart, as well as bicycles are provided free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
The seaside resort Lubmin is located on the Greifswalder Bodden, an estuary of the Baltic Sea. Situated between the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald and the island of Usedom, the seaside resort offers peace and relaxation away from the large Baltic Sea resorts. A magnificent view of Germany's largest island, Rügen, completes the picture.
Thanks to good transport connections, you can quickly reach the islands of Usedom and Rügen, as well as the cities of Greifswald, Stralsund, and Rostock. The Ozeaneum in Stralsund, the butterfly farm in Trassenheide, the largest submarine museum along with the former Army Research Site in Peenemünde, or the historic Dutch drawbridge in Greifswald / Wieck are some examples of possible places to visit. With the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB), you can very comfortably and quickly reach the imperial resorts Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck, as well as the Polish city of Swinoujscie on the island of Usedom, or the city of Bahrt with further travel to the Darß Peninsula to the Baltic resort of Zingst from the cities of Wolgast or Greifswald. Lubmin has a kilometer-long, fine-grained sandy beach, a 245 m long pier where the ships of the "White Fleet" dock for round trips, a marina, lots of pine forest, developed bike paths to many places in the area, several hotels and restaurants, supermarkets, a weekly organic market, bakeries, doctors, a pharmacy, hairdressers, cosmetics, and banks. The holiday home is located on a quiet side street, where you can reach the town center, supermarkets, and other service providers in just a few steps.

A beautiful vacation
A very beautiful holiday home in a quiet but central location. Very clean, very well maintained, both outside and inside. Nice terrace, parking space for car and bicycles. To the beach in 10 minutes on foot. Shopping in 3 minutes. Good starting point for bike tours. The landlords and also the family dog Emmi are very nice and helpful. It was a very relaxing and beautiful vacation, even if the weather was not always sunny. That was the first but certainly not the last time in this holiday home.

A holiday home for relaxing
In the holiday home Windflüchter in Lubmin, we were able to wonderfully relax from everyday life during our short vacation. The house comfortably accommodates 2 people. It is very tastefully furnished, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. On the terrace, you can relax very well and are protected from the sun by the awning. There are 2 supermarkets nearby, and the beach is also very close. The landlord, Mr. Jarling, is very friendly and helpful. He accompanied us to the town center, showed us the way to the beach, and gave us many tips for trips in the area.
This way we were able to find wonderful peace here.

Very nice, centrally located holiday flat
Our short holiday took us to the Jarling family's holiday home and we were very satisfied.
The landlords were very nice and were always available to answer our questions.
The house was very very clean and the furnishings very homely.
We liked it very much, especially the acquaintance with the small family dog.
The beautifully landscaped garden around the guest house was also very inviting and well kept.
We would come back anytime and can recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful holiday flat in Lubmin
A very nice holiday flat for 2 people. The flat is very clean and well maintained. Equipped with a nice terrace and awning as well as table and chairs. With the Jarling family
very nice and obliging tenants. There is a parking space for the car right next to the flat and a bicycle shed for your own bikes. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.
