Perfect for relaxing
We wanted a holiday to relax, switch off and, above all, a holiday where we were not surrounded by holiday flats.
This is exactly the holiday we got here. We received a very friendly welcome on arrival, so that we immediately felt at home. The landlords are very nice and helpful. They are on site as contact persons, but they keep a low profile in the background, so that you have your peace and quiet. They are also very child-friendly.
We came with our 2 children (8 and 1). Our little one stayed with us in the bedroom and slept in the cot provided
We were completely satisfied with the size of the cottage. It is equipped with everything you need and is very lovingly furnished.
We felt especially comfortable on the terrace belonging to the house. It is located directly in the lovingly landscaped garden. Our children could move freely on the property and felt very comfortable! They especially liked the neighbourhood. A donkey, horses, a goat and sheep were waiting for them.
We can only recommend the cottage and the whole region. We had a perfect holiday!

Small but fine holiday house - Great!
We were "repeat offenders" this year and came back with Fsmiluw (2 adults/2 children) as guests in the holiday home. It is very pleasing that the holiday home has been upgraded again through new purchases/redecorations in the living area and kitchen - fantastic!

Kommen gerne wieder - sehr zu empfehlen.
Das kleine Ferienhaus verfügt trotz seiner Maße über 4 Zimmer (Elternschlafzimmer, Wohnraum mit abgetrenntem Küchenbereich, Bad/WC mit Dusche, Kinderschlafzimmer mit Doppenstockbett). Sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man erwarte aber eben keinen 5-Sterne-Standard und Raumwunder - alles ist so wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt.
Wir fanden zu viert (2 Erw + 2 Kinder) ausreichend Platz.
Falls irgendetwas nicht funktioniert oder fehlt -einfach den sehr freundlichen Vermieter kontaktieren - Top!
Die Lage des Hauses ist für Unternehmungen ins Umland perfekt. Mit den Auto hat man alle Möglichkeiten - Usedom, Rügen und das nahe Umfeld inkl. Lubmin. Letzteres lässt sich auch zu Fuß oder Fahrrad erkunden. Im nahen Lubmin kann man seine Einkäufe erledigen und findet Gastronomie. Besonders sehenswert ist der Sandstrand + Seebrücke.
Wir hatten eine super Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Super comfortable and great location!
We were very satisfied with the nice landlord. Very accommodating with insider information and tips for bathing. We will come back in 2017 and look forward to seeing you again! We were there with a 3-year-old child, next door is a petting zoo. Our offspring loved that!

gute Lage für schöne Fahrradtouren, nette Vermieter
Das kleine Häuschen liegt so, das man von da schöne Radtouren starten kann.. man wird sehr nett von den Vermietern begrüßt. Es gibt ein gemütliches Plätzchen zum Grillen und Entspannen im Garten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Strand in Lubmin...super für kleine Kinder. Auch nach Usedom kann man gut mit dem Fahrrad kommen. Wir haben uns dort gut erholt.

Schöner Urlaub bei freundlichen Vermietern
Einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattetes Haus, in dem wir (2 Erwachsene, ein Kind) mehr als genug Platz hatten. Grünfläche, Spielplatz, Autoabstellplatz sind gleich neben dem Haus. Der ruhige Strand von Vierow ist zu Fuß über Feldwege gut erreichbar, das Seebad Lubmin in wenigen Minuten per Auto. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigung der Hansestädte Greifswald und Stralsund sowie für Fahrten nach Usedom und Rügen. Besonderer Pluspunkt sind die sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen!

Ruhige Lage ,Fairer Preis, ...nur zu empfehlen
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben die 3 Tage genossen. Preis für 3 Personen pro Tag 60euro,empfanden wir sehr fair.kleiner Spielplatz (inkl.Tore zum Fußball spielen),daneben ist ein kleiner Bauernhof ..wo Ziegen/Schafe und 1 Esel gern mal den Kopf durch den Zaun stecken zum streicheln lassen.Das ca. 2km entfernte Vierow bietet jede Menge Beschäftigung und preiswerte Restaurants /Bars.Beschreibung im Internet ,-da ist nichts verschönt gewesen...alles genauso wie beschrieben.Auch der Vermieter - netter Kontakt! Danke! Vielleicht bald wieder!?
