Description
Rent a comfortable, newly built holiday home on the Baltic Sea in the beautiful seaside resort of Lubmin - approx. 6 min. from the beach.
The holiday home has a spacious living room with open kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom with large shower and an entrance hallway with wardrobe. A terrace with garden furniture, awning complete the object.
A central heating also allows the use in the colder season
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a small wall unit, a TV with satellite connection and a radio.
The open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals: Electric multi-plate cooker, coffee machine and kettle, toaster, egg boiler, mini oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, running cold and hot water as well as a dishwasher. An extractor bonnet is also installed.
A cosy sitting area for communal meals is available.
The comfortable bedroom has a double bed for 2 persons with a night table each. A wardrobe and a linen chest complete the furnishings.
Please bring bed linen, towels / shower towels with you!!!!!
The bathroom is tiled on all sides and has a comfortable shower ( 1 m x 1m ) and a washstand with a large mirror. A heated towel rail is provided as well as a window to the courtyard.
The entrance hallway is entered via the terrace and connects the individual rooms with each other. A hall wardrobe with shoe cupboard is located there.
A utility room with gas heating and useful appliances and utensils is also present.
The terrace is located directly at the entrance area and can also be entered from the living room through the terrace door. A large awning offers sufficient protection from intense sunlight
You can park your car in the guest car park, which is located on the property.
You can reach the holiday home via a separate entrance.
Parking space, barbecue, handcart and bicycles are provided free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
The seaside resort of Lubmin is located on the Greifswalder Bodden, a spur of the Baltic Sea. Situated between the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald and the island of Usedom, the seaside resort offers peace and relaxation beyond the large Baltic Sea resorts. A magnificent view of Germany's largest island - Rügen - completes the picture.
Good transport links mean you can reach the islands of Usedom and Rügen, and the cities of Greifswald, Stralsund and Rostock quite quickly. The Ozeaneum in Stralsund, the butterfly farm in Trassenheide, the largest submarine museum and former army experimental station in Peenemünde or the historic Dutchman's bascule bridge in Greifswald / Wieck are some examples of possible visits.
With the Usedom Bäderbahn (UBB) you can reach the imperial spas of Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and the Polish town of Swinemünde on the island of Usedom very quickly and comfortably from the towns of Wolgast or Greifswald, or the town of Bahrt with onward travel to the Baltic resort of Zingst on the Darß.
Lubmin has a kilometre-long, fine-grained sandy beach, a 245-metre-long pier, a marina, lots of pine forest, developed cycle paths to many places in the surrounding area, several hotels and restaurants, supermarkets, bakers, doctors, pharmacy, hairdressers, cosmetics and banks.

Very nice, centrally located holiday flat
Our short holiday took us to the Jarling family's holiday home and we were very satisfied.
The landlords were very nice and were always available to answer our questions.
The house was very very clean and the furnishings very homely.
We liked it very much, especially the acquaintance with the small family dog.
The beautifully landscaped garden around the guest house was also very inviting and well kept.
We would come back anytime and can recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful holiday flat in Lubmin
A very nice holiday flat for 2 people. The flat is very clean and well maintained. Equipped with a nice terrace and awning as well as table and chairs. With the Jarling family
very nice and obliging tenants. There is a parking space for the car right next to the flat and a bicycle shed for your own bikes. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

Summer vacation
We were in Lubmin for the first time in July. We can only agree with the other reviews. The host family Jarling was very hospitable and helpful. They explained everything to us and gave us many tips for outings. Everything can be easily reached on foot, whether it's the supermarket, bakery, restaurants or the beach. The holiday home itself... a dream with the beautiful terrace and the tranquility. We didn't miss anything in the house. The place itself is quiet and not overcrowded with mass tourism. The natural landscape is great, with beautiful pine forests and dunes. All in all, a perfect vacation. We will definitely be "repeat offenders".

oasis of tranquility
The house is very comfortable and beautifully furnished with attention to detail, we had no complaints, everything was also available. We received very good excursion tips from Mr. Jarling. The beach is so close and clean, you can also buy everything you need just around the corner. We were able to relax very well, we would have liked to stay longer.

Our holiday in Lubmin 2018
Just a few days ago we were sitting on the cosy terrace in front of the house in Lubmin. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was very clean and cosy, and everything was available for self-catering. The landlord couple is friendly and open-minded and we are grateful to Mr Jarling for the good tips on how we could reach our destinations most comfortably. Thank you for that. All in all, a successful holiday.

A great holiday
We spent a very relaxing and beautiful holiday here in September this year. Everything you need is available in the holiday home. Everything is very clean, neat and tidy and the landlords are very friendly, open-minded and helpful. Short distances to everything you need - and also to the beach - that is just perfect and you can leave the car. We had an all-round lovely holiday and thank the Jarling family most sincerely.
