Description
Holiday home built as a 'beach villa' in 1915, renovated in 2011, on a 1,200 m² fenced plot.
The property with garden terrace, swing and climbing frame, fire bowl, barbecue etc. is available to the residents as a sunbathing lawn as well as for sports and games.
Vehicles can be parked free of charge in Freester Str. (approx. 50 metres away). Stopping, loading and unloading is possible directly in front of the property.
There are 2 flats in the building with separate entrances.
One flat (only on the ground floor) is used by permanent tenants all year round and is not available for rent.
The second flat is available to changing users, i.e. holiday guests and fitters.
Holiday guests generally rent the entire flat, including use of the garden. Fitters generally only use one living room with shower room each and share the kitchen and garden terrace.
Access to the flat is via the garden terrace at the rear of the building.
The flat has a usable area of approx. 74 m², extends over the ground and upper floors and can be used by up to 8+2 people.
On the ground floor is the kitchen with seating area and a guest WC (toilet, washbasin).
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob (4 hotplates), microwave, mini oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer compartment), with the necessary cutlery and crockery.
Access to the upper floor is from the entrance area via the internal staircase.
There are three living/sleeping rooms and two shower rooms on the upper floor.
Living room 1 - two single beds, extra bed possible with folding sofa bed (for 2 +1 persons)
Living room 2 - two sofa beds, extra bed possible with folding sofa bed (for 2 +1 persons)
Living room 3 - two single beds, one double sofa bed (for 4 people)
There is a washing machine in one of the shower rooms.
If travelling with pets, a prior request is necessary. On request linen package (1x bed linen, 2 towels) and high chair.
There is satellite TV and Internet (WELAN) in the building.

Location and surroundings of object
The Baltic seaside resort of Lubmin is located directly on the Greifswald Bodden. The popular holiday resort is characterised by the 350 m long pier and the over 3 km long, 15-30 m wide and fine sandy beach. Pine forest characterises the eastern part of the town in particular.
Lubmin is also a favourable starting point for day trips to the islands of Usedom and Rügen. it is 17 km by road to the Wolgast Peene Bridge and 40 km to the Rügen car ferry in Stahlbrode.
Greifswald is approx. 16 km away by road.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
