Description
"Rieke" is a single-story holiday house with an additional sleeping loft, located on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. It is situated right next to our second holiday house "Karo." House "Rieke" is cozy, comfortable, and mostly furnished with solid wood furniture. Subtle decorations, partly maritime-themed, partly custom-made, along with many candles in the house and garden, emphasize the homely character of our house. Room Layout:
- Bedroom with double bed (180x200)
- Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200)
- A shower room with washing machine
- Living room with dining area and well-equipped kitchen. From the living room, you enter the terrace, which includes a storage room for bicycles and other brought items.
- Sleeping loft with 2 additional beds (each 90x200), second TV, Lego bricks, and play area for your children. The amenities of "Rieke" include:
- Eco-friendly electric fireplace in the living area
- Insect screens on windows and patio door
- Free Wi-Fi
- Well-maintained garden, private terrace, covered grill/dining area
- 2 free parking spaces
- Towels, bed linens, and additional costs are included
- Our holiday home has a CEE socket 5x16a 230V. With a high-voltage charging cable, also called a CEE charging cable, you can charge any electric car or plug-in hybrid vehicle with high-voltage power (often also referred to as power current, three-phase current, or industrial current). Special equipment for children:
- Travel cot for children, high chair, baby bath, 1x child dinnerware set

A note for dog owners:
The property of House "Rieke" is not fenced, as the outdoor play equipment is available to children from both holiday homes. Therefore, please supervise dogs outdoors or better yet, keep them on a leash.

Location and surroundings of object
"Rieke" is located in a holiday home settlement with rented and privately used holiday homes. It's just a short 1500 meters to the natural beach at Salzhaff, which can be easily reached via a foot/bike path. A well-maintained snack facility is open for guests in the summer.
In the neighboring village of Stove (2 km), you can visit the Dutch windmill and the associated mill museum. Highlights include freshly baked mill bread and delicious cake. Boiensdorf is a quiet village far from the noise of the big city. Nevertheless, it is not far to Wismar, Schwerin, and Rostock. Popular destinations include the island of Poel and the Baltic Sea resort Rerik, where beautiful sandy beaches await you. Small children love a ride on the steam-powered narrow-gauge railway Molli from Bad Doberan to Kühlungsborn. Additionally, the "Wonnemar" swimming pool in Wismar offers sauna and bathing pleasures for the whole family on rainy days or during the cooler seasons. Families with children also like to visit the indoor playground "Mumpitz" in Wismar.

Cancellation terms:
Contract cancellations or amendments must be made in writing. Cancellation fees are 20% of the rental price (deposit) up until 45 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price from 44 to 31 days before the start of the trip, and 80% of the rental price from 30 days before the start of the trip. If the stay is terminated early, the tenant remains obligated to pay the full rental price.

Vacation
We were there for 14 days. The location was ideal for us and our small dog. By car, you can quickly reach Wismar and the island of Poel. The house has everything you need, especially plenty of towels. The only uncomfortable thing for us was the couch... it was extremely soft and only suitable for sitting for 2 people.

Very beautiful house.
Beautiful house, nothing was missing. Beds were comfortable, we lacked nothing in the kitchen. Quickly at the water by car, beautiful area. Landlady was very nice. House was super clean. If we come back to the area, we will definitely choose this house again. The island of Poel was not far away with a beach, and there are beautiful sandy beaches in the direction of Boltenhagen. Only the town should be avoided as it is overrun by tourists.

Sparkling clean holiday home.
In May, we were in this great vacation home with our small dogs. The landlord greeted us cordially the next day and wished us a pleasant holiday. We were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful house upon arrival. The Rieke vacation home had everything you need during a vacation. Nothing was missing. We could enjoy the sun on the beautiful terrace and the surroundings offered us plenty of variety. We spent 14 wonderful days in this home and can highly recommend it.

Everything great
The holiday home has everything you need for a nice stay. Garden furniture, barbecue, everything has been thought of, as well as in the house. Everything is in very good condition and of course really very clean. We had a great time there and will definitely come back again.

Uta and Ralf Steinke were born in Rostock and have lived in Bad Doberan for many years. Our daughters are the namesakes of our own holiday homes Rieke and Karo. We have been renting out the holiday homes in Boiensdorf for more than 15 years. Our houses "Rieke and Karo" are furnished to make you feel at home. Our guest children have room to play in the house and outside in the garden. We take care of the lawn, garden and houses ourselves. We welcome our guests personally. You can reach us at any time.
