Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in the 5-star park Zeeland-Village in Scharendijke.
The house is situated on a spacious, fenced plot facing southwest and is divided as follows:
Ground floor:
Modern living-dining area with satellite TV, radio and internet. Open kitchen, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, refrigerator, kettle, sandwich toaster. Next to it is the sitting area with direct access to a side terrace. Adjoining is a side room with a washing machine, microwave, Rommelsbacher mini oven (42 l), and a small freezer (36 l), which you can use as you wish. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet with washbasin, renovated in 2025, and the also renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin.
Upper floor:
Three bedrooms for 2 people each (double beds), as well as a single room with a 140 cm wide mattress for 1-2 people. In the upper area there is an additional toilet with a washbasin.
If you wish to bring your own bed linen, you will need a sheet/fitted sheet for a double bed measuring at least 1.60 m x 2 m, and for the single bed the size 1.40 m x 2 m. All duvets are 1.35 x 2 meters in size.
Outside there are 2 terraces (south and west), garden furniture, and 2 private parking spaces.
Please note that we do not rent to persons under 23 years of age. free Wi-Fi in the house
A foldable travel crib and a high chair for children are available and can be used free of charge upon prior arrangement.
The garage is not rented.
The sauna is also not available to tenants.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the 5-star park "ZEELAND VILLAGE" with several playgrounds.
It is particularly well-suited for families with children. In 5 minutes, you can reach on foot the "Grevelingenmeer" with a small section of shore where playing in/at the water is possible.
The holiday park additionally includes a main house and a tennis court. There, you can also rent bicycles or hand carts for a fee. Our holiday home is detached, surrounded by a large garden in a preferred south-west orientation, so you can enjoy the sun almost all day long in the summer. Important for small children or pets is that the entire property is fenced.
Scharendijke is a small, cozy village with a marina on the 'Grevelingenmeer' and with beautiful, long North Sea beaches. The Brouwersdam protects the Grevelingen Lake from the North Sea and connects the islands of Schouwen-Duiveland and Goeree-Overflakkee. As a rather inconspicuous, but still typically Dutch village, it has its windmill and a few nice cafes and restaurants. Close to the holiday park, since June 2016, there is a well-equipped supermarket (also well-stocked for lactose and gluten intolerance!) with a bakery, souvenir, and flower shop. Those who are still looking for tranquility and contemplation are in the right place here. Scharendijke is an ideal starting point for all sorts of watersports (kite, surf, and diving paradise), for beautiful bike rides to the beach, or just to experience the sea air and nature.
In Scharendijke, the enchanting beaches of Schouwen Duiveland begin, stretching over more than 21 km in length.
By bicycle, one can reach both the North Sea and the lively town of Renesse via bike paths. You can drive past Renesse through the dunes on beautiful shell paths to Burgh-Haamstede and continue through the Oosterscheldekering, explore the Kwade Hoek nature reserve near Ouddorp, or visit the towns of Brouwershaven, Veere, Bruinisse, and Zierikzee.
The North Sea is about 1200 meters away, and the Grevelingenmeer about 300 meters.
Free parking at Brouwersdam beach is possible.

In this park your children will not be bored for a second, as the various playgrounds provide plenty of holiday fun.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the reception has limited opening hours, which vary depending on the season. More detailed information on this can be found on the homepage of Zeeland Village.
On June 1, 2016, a new PLUS supermarket with a wide range of products (also for gluten and lactose intolerance!) opened in the immediate vicinity of the bungalow park.
NEW from autumn 2025: due to increased wage costs of the cleaning service, we can only offer DEPARTURE on Fridays. If you wish to DEPART on Saturday, a cleaning fee of approx. €160 will apply.

A house to feel good
We have rented houses in this park very often, but in this one we felt by far the most comfortable. Cozy and lovingly furnished, functionally equipped, with a carefully maintained and beautifully landscaped garden, everything was just as one wishes as a guest.

Dreamlike family vacation – we would love to come back!
We spent a wonderful week here in Scharendijke. The holiday home was absolutely clean, modernly furnished, and equipped with everything you need (especially the kitchen!). The garden was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The location is great, quietly situated, but you can quickly get to the beach or bike to Brouwersdam. The supermarket and restaurants are also easily accessible. The contact with the landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend this house 100%!

We had a wonderful time in Zeeland Village in Scharendijke and can absolutely recommend the stay. The resort is quiet and ideally located – within a few minutes you can be at the Grevelingen Sea, at the marina, or quickly reach the wide North Sea beach by bike. Our holiday home was cozy, well-equipped, and we were especially delighted by the large garden with terrace. Here we could wonderfully relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen offered everything we needed, and the entire house was clean and well-maintained. The property itself is beautifully landscaped and features plenty of greenery as well as small water areas, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. It's perfect, especially for families or couples looking for peace and nature. The location is also ideal for activities like cycling, walking, or water sports. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

Die Lage ist top, ruhig gelegen, aber man ist schnell am Strand oder mit dem Fahrrad am Brouwersdam. Auch der Supermarkt und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln ein Traum wirklich.
Da wir nur vier Tage hatten haben wir auswärts gegessen allerdings ist die Ausstattung der Küche so toll das nichts gefehlt hätte. Auf Grund von Corona gab es eine kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe aber alles hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank für ein paar schöne Tage. Gerne wieder.
Es war alles vorhanden um sich wie zuhause zu fühlen. Auch die Kinder waren froh, dass sie sich in den oberen Zimmern mal " zurückziehen" Konnten. Herzlichen Dank
Nachdem wir fast den ganzen Tag an der frischen Luft waren, haben wir uns abends im gemütlichen Ferienhaus erholt. Es bietet einige Vorzüge, zum einen liegt es sehr ruhig relativ am Anfang des Ferienparks, sodass wir unser Haus sehr gut ohne uns zu verfahren erreichen konnten. Zum anderen ist das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einigen persönlichen Details ( u.a. schöne Naturfotos! ) . Vor allem aber die gut ausgestattete Küche mit ausreichend Geschirr,Besteck und guten Küchenmessern (!!) heben wir postitv hervor, sodass wir anders als geplant eher wenig essen gegangen sind.

Auch die Umgebung mit ihren breiten Stränden sind perfekt geeignet für den Urlaub mit Kindern.
Wir haben sehr schöne Tage verlebt und uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das haben wir in diesem Ferienpark selten gesehen.
Sicherlich werden wir die Unterkunft ein nächstes Mal anmieten!!
Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern (5,5,7,12,14) im Haus und total begeistert. Es fehlte uns nix Wir hatten eher mit einer spärlichen Ausstattung gerechnet, aber alles war vorhanden was man so im Urlaub braucht.
Die Schlafzimmer sind alle in der oberen Etage, so das unsere Langschläfer auch ungestört ausschlafen konnten. Ebenso befindet sich eine Toilette oben, sehr pratisch bei 7 Personen das man eine 2. hat.
Die großzügige offene Küche mit angrenzenden Ess- und Wohnbereich ist sehr hell und alle hatten genug Platz.
Besonders hat uns der Garten gefallen, der komplett eingezäunt ist, sodas man die kleinen auch ohne Sorge im Garten alleine spielen lassen konnte.
Der Park an sich ist auch sehr schön angelegt, mit Wassergräben, kleinen Spielplätzen und Fahrradverleih. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass im kostenlosen Schwimmbad, das wenige Meter vom Ferienhaus entfernt ist.
Gut ist auch der Supermarkt (sogar Sonntags geöffnet) , den man locker zu Fuß oder per Rad erreichen kann.
Alles in Allem ein rundum schöner Familienurlaub in Scharendijke! Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!
Hatten als Familie einen prima Urlaub.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert; sie hat sich direkt an uns erinnert
und wertvolle Tipps gegeben.
Z.B., dass der Supermarkt teilweise geschlossen hat.
Das Haus macht nach wie vor einen sehr sympatischen Eindruck.
Man merkt sofort, dass die Besitzer dort ebenfalls Urlaub machen.
Es ist sauber und komfortabel, ja liebevoll eingerichtet; nicht alles "billig, billig, billig" sondern geschmackvoll und auch praktisch.
Als ambitionierte Wassersportler schätzen wir die Möglichkeiten, unsere Ausrüstung problemlos in der Garage ablegen zu können.
Hoffentlich bekommen wir noch einen freien Termin in den Osterferien.
Auch diesbezüglich ist die Vermieterin sehr engagiert.
Wir haben uns dort mal wieder sehr wohlgefühlt.

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war völlig problemlos und der Verwalter sehr nett. Das Haus war gemütlich, modern und sehr sauber und bot genug Platz, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir haben uns kurzfristig im Ferienpark selbst Fahrräder geliehen und schöne Touren zum nahe gelegenen Grevelinger Meer und zum offenen Meer gemacht. Auf jeden Fall ein super Urlaub!
