Description
Our detached cottage with private garden has 2 floors, is lovingly decorated, fully equipped and is located just a stone's throw from a beautiful North Sea sandy beach and the Grevelingen Sea.
It has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 6 people (a baby is also a person). It has an open living-dining area incl. fully-equipped kitchen (eg dishwasher), storage room with washing machine, dryer etc and a large bathroom with tub + extra shower, as well as 2 separate WCs. The upper floor was completely renovated in April 2019 and a dormer was put in. In 2020 the large bathroom was renovated and among other things a ground level shower was installed.
In addition, the house is suitable for babies and toddlers (fenced property, not directly on the ponds(!), baby cot, high chair, toys). Garden loungers, terrace furniture, parasol etc. are a matter of course. On site you will find a detailed guest folder with plenty of excursion and restaurant tips.
Parking space directly at the house, garage sharing e.g. for bicycles possible.
Use of the swimming pool in the holiday park is included (please note that there are different closing times).

Beautiful vacation house in a quiet location
A beautiful holiday home with good facilities and wonderfully quiet location.
Everything was tastefully furnished and very clean. The handling with the house management was completely problem-free and the owners are friendly and helpful.
We felt very comfortable.

Always a pleasure ?
Dear family Grutscha,
thank you very much for the wonderful days in your house. It was just perfect, nothing was missing and the lovely furnishings radiated so much peace. The location of the house is also highly recommended, we went on beautiful bike tours. The beach is only a few minutes away by bike and invites you for long walks. We can only recommend this house and would love to come again.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
Dieses Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen! Es ist hochwertig eingerichtet, sauber und von einem schönen Garten umgeben. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern plus Kinderzimmer ist es optimal für einen entspannten Familienurlaub gerüstet.
Nach zwei super schönen Urlauben kommen wir sicherlich gerne nochmal wieder!

We are already looking forward to next time!
A very beautiful, bright and lovingly furnished holiday house that leaves nothing to be desired for the four of us. We feel comfortable right away every time and don't need any time to settle in, but can start relaxing right away.

Urlaub für Ruhe und Erholung/Haus Top!
Leider hatten wir von den 7 Tagen nur 2 halbwegs schöne sonnige Tage. Wir waren viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, was sich ja in diesem Gebiet auch anbietet. Trotz des nicht so sonnigen Wetters konnten wir uns ein wenig erholen. Zum Haus gibt es nichts negatives zu sagen. Alles war so wie beschrieben und da man sehr zentral gelegen war, war man dementsprechend auch schnell in Renesse und Umgebung und konnte so auch die Gegend genießen. Preis/Leistung für das sehr gut gepflegte Haus = super.

Immer wieder gerne!
Wir (4-köpfige Familie) waren schon mehrmals in diesem schönen Ferienhäuschen und werden auch gerne wieder kommen!
Wir fühlen uns immer wohl. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und unser Geschmack wurde bei der Einrichtung auch getroffen.
Wir unternehmen viel in der Umgebung, fahren Fahrrad oder gammeln auch mal einen Tag nur „daheim“ rum.
Durch die drei Schlafzimmer kann man sich auch mal gut zurückziehen. Wollten die Kinder beim ersten Besuch unbedingt in einem Zimmer schlafen, war beim zweiten Mal gar nicht mehr dran zu denken. ?
Auf der Terrasse kann man z.B. schön frühstücken oder gemütlich ein Buch lesen.
Ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist super zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar, so kann man auch schnell mal vor dem Frühstück noch Brötchen und Marmelade kaufen.
Im Ort selber sind ein paar Restaurants, die wir gerne besucht haben. Leckere Nudeln, Pizza und Spareribs findet man ohne Probleme und daran, dass es Apfelmus zu Pommes gibt, haben wir uns auch schnell gewöhnt. ?
Der Strand (inkl. der Bars) ist ein Traum. Weicher, weißer Sand ewig weit. Ich könnte den Kitesurfern auch ewig zuschauen.
