Description

Our detached cottage with private garden has 2 floors, is lovingly decorated, fully equipped and is located just a stone's throw from a beautiful North Sea sandy beach and the Grevelingen Sea.

It has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 6 people (a baby is also a person). It has an open living-dining area incl. fully-equipped kitchen (eg dishwasher), storage room with washing machine, dryer etc and a large bathroom with tub + extra shower, as well as 2 separate WCs. The upper floor was completely renovated in April 2019 and a dormer was put in. In 2020 the large bathroom was renovated and among other things a ground level shower was installed.

In addition, the house is suitable for babies and toddlers (fenced property, not directly on the ponds(!), baby cot, high chair, toys). Garden loungers, terrace furniture, parasol etc. are a matter of course. On site you will find a detailed guest folder with plenty of excursion and restaurant tips.

Parking space directly at the house, garage sharing e.g. for bicycles possible.

Use of the swimming pool in the holiday park is included (please note that there are different closing times).

Beautiful vacation house in a quiet location

A beautiful holiday home with good facilities and wonderfully quiet location.
Everything was tastefully furnished and very clean. The handling with the house management was completely problem-free and the owners are friendly and helpful.
We felt very comfortable.

Always a pleasure ?

Dear family Grutscha,
thank you very much for the wonderful days in your house. It was just perfect, nothing was missing and the lovely furnishings radiated so much peace. The location of the house is also highly recommended, we went on beautiful bike tours. The beach is only a few minutes away by bike and invites you for long walks. We can only recommend this house and would love to come again.

Lovingly furnished holiday home in a quiet location in Hesse.

This holiday home leaves nothing to be desired! It is tastefully furnished, clean, and surrounded by a beautiful garden. With 2 bedrooms plus a children's room, it is perfectly equipped for a relaxing family holiday.
After two wonderful vacations, we will definitely come back again!

We are already looking forward to next time!

A very beautiful, bright and lovingly furnished holiday house that leaves nothing to be desired for the four of us. We feel comfortable right away every time and don't need any time to settle in, but can start relaxing right away.

Vacation for peace and relaxation/House Top!

Unfortunately, out of the 7 days, we only had 2 reasonably nice sunny days. We were out and about a lot with our bikes, which is well-suited for this area. Despite the not-so-sunny weather, we were able to relax a bit. There is nothing negative to say about the house. Everything was as described, and being centrally located, we were quickly in Renesse and the surrounding area, allowing us to enjoy the area. Price/quality for the very well-maintained house = great.

Always happy to do it again!

We (family of 4) have stayed in this lovely holiday cottage several times and will gladly come back again! We always feel comfortable. Everything you need is there, and the decor suits our taste. We do a lot in the area, cycling or sometimes just laze around at home for a day. With three bedrooms, you can also retreat well. The children wanted to sleep in a room during the first visit, but it was out of the question the second time around.
On the terrace, for example, you can enjoy a nice breakfast or leisurely read a book.
A well-equipped supermarket is easily accessible by foot or bike, so you can quickly buy bread and jam before breakfast.
In the village itself, there are a few restaurants that we enjoyed visiting. Delicious pasta, pizza, and spare ribs can be found without any problem, and we quickly got used to the fact that there is applesauce with French fries. The beach (including the bars) is a dream. Soft, white sand stretches endlessly. I could watch the kite surfers forever.
