The cosy Finn cottage (roof-only house) is located on a well-maintained plot of 3000 m² in Wittenbeck. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a corner and an integrated kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two beds
From the sunny terrace you have an unobstructed view of the paddock and the forest. The equipment includes terrace furniture, barbecue and parasol.

Location and surroundings of object
The Finnhütte is located in Wittenbeck on a 3000 m² plot of land with a southern exposure to the adjacent paddock and the wooded area "Wittenbecker Tannen" as well as the northern connection to the road to the Baltic resort of Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm.
The beach, an 18-hole golf course, the yacht harbour in Kühlungsborn, a riding school, the narrow-gauge railway "Molli", many shops and restaurants, a bakery in the village and very good cycling and hiking opportunities are all in the immediate vicinity.
By car you can reach the minster town of Bad Doberan, the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar, amusement parks and museums in a short time. The island of Rügen and Usedom can be reached in about 2.5 hours. The Baltic Sea community of Wittenbeck with its districts Hinter Bollhagen and Klein Bollhagen has about 800 inhabitants and is situated between the traditional Baltic Sea resorts of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn. Nestling between the blue Baltic Sea and the green forests of the "Kühlung" nature reserve, the community presents itself as a tranquil holiday resort for the whole family.
Wittenbeck has a bakery and a fishing shop in the post office. The nearest shopping facilities are in the surrounding area (approx. 3km).
For tours by bike, rental companies offer a pick-up and drop-off service. If you don't want to spend a day at the beach, there is a golf course and a riding school.

Finnhütte was great.
Landlady very nice, accommodation as described great, all rooms lovingly furnished, brochures on site... can plan excursions.
Quiet surroundings... you can hear the main road but it didn’t bother us.
Children could play football. A small walk to the beach or by bike, which are also available.
We would vacation there again any time.

Great holiday accommodation
We have stayed with the Hagedorn family in the Finnhütten several times now and can only recommend them. The accommodation is very clean. Perfectly adequate for four people. Everything you need is there. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. We like to come here again and again.

Super Finn hut
Great vacation.
Top equipment. Everything you needed was there.
Landlady was very nice, only got to know her briefly.
All in all, we were thrilled and would come back anytime.

Easter vacation
Cute little Finnish cottage in a good location, an ideal starting point for cycling. The only thing to complain about would be the beds, which are very low, you practically sleep on the ground. If you have knee or back problems, that's really bad. But otherwise, the Finnish cottage is really recommendable. Thank you very much.

Everything perfect
The cottage is really equipped with everything you need.
Washing-up liquid, rags and towels to dry off, bed linen, toilet paper and soap were all available.
The landlady was super nice, brought me an extra mattress for my little one and my big one was allowed to go to the horses. (The little one was also allowed to pet them).
She gave us great tips on where to go with kids and even made it possible for me to postpone my holiday. (My son was in hospital on the planned date).
All in all, the holiday was just perfect
Even bicycles are available in the shed
So there is nothing missing and I am looking forward to a next holiday in the Finnhütte ☺️
