Description
The flat has one bedroom , newly furnished .living room is still sleeping accommodation for up to 3 people, New digital -TV 82 cm with Wlan and 50 German channels.
All BALCONY DOORS have FLYING GRIDS, all WINDOWS have ROLLOS for cooling
The kitchen has 2 ceramic hobs, glasses, dishes, pots, dishwasher detergent, dishwasher, towels.
Kitchens have completely new furniture , toaster ,fridge with 15 ltr freezer compartment, hoover, cutlery is available.
Balconies have 1 table and 2 chairs each. Free access to the beach (10m), restaurants in the beach where you can get a menu and other specialities for 3,50 €.
All the balcony doors have fly screens, all the windows have roll-up screens for cooling

Your holiday home is located directly on the lake.
Only 10m to the beach, where you will be spoilt by several restaurants. Other specialities such as langos, palatcsinta and a wide selection of drinks are also available.
It is about 300 m from the flat to the centre of the village.
Balatonszemes is a quiet, clean place where you can feel very comfortable. On Saturdays, the municipality organises a concert at the music pavilion directly at the railway station, with alternating music (folklore, theatre music, Dixieland). Every week a different music. At the harbour you can take a boat trip. On Saturdays, the disco boat departs from the harbour. The local people are very polite. You can go fishing with other sports fans at the harbour, where you will also find a special fish restaurant.

Very well located holiday flat
we had a lovely relaxing holiday. The flat was right on Lake Balaton with a lake view.
The 2nd bedroom was the living room. This was not to be read or recognised, but OK. Everything was functionally furnished. Thanks again to our landlord :-)

Ferienwohnung
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Strand, wo es besonders für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen ist. Zu empfehlen wäre eine Klimaanlage für die heißen Tage.

Ideal für Familien mit Kindern
WIR haben uns sehr wohl in der unteren Wohnung gefühlt. Sind bereits 4x hier gewesen.Es wird am Haus und in den Wohnungen jedes Jahr etwas verbessert.Strand ist genau gegenüber der Wohnung.Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sommerurlaub: Vater und Sohn
Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht und nicht Ewigkeiten zum Strand unterwegs sein will,ist in dieser Ferienunterkunft bestens aufgehoben.Ein sehr netter Vermieter,der für alle Fragen ein offenes Ohr hat und man sich mit ihm bestens verständigen kann.Alles was man braucht ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.(WLAN ist vorhanden).

Bewertung Wohnung
keine Fahrräder, kein WLAN, Spielplatz, Sandkasten und Tischtennisplatte über der Straße vorhanden, gehört aber nicht zur Wohnung. Der Garten ist gepflegt. Die Lage der Wohnung geht nicht besser, TOP!!! Nur 70- 80 Meter zum Strand. Wasser und Strand sauber und gepflegt. Am Ort gibt es keinen Fahrradverleih. Ansonsten Wohnung wie beschrieben und kann weiterempfohlen werden!

Wie Sie in der obigen Bewertung sehen,ist W-Lan vorhanden. Auch der Fahrradverleih ist genau gegenüber des Hauses.Siehe Bilder .Ansonsten müßen Sie nur über die Straße gehen(5m breit) dann sind Sie am Strand.
