The flat has one bedroom , newly furnished .living room is still sleeping accommodation for up to 3 people, New digital -TV 82 cm with Wlan and 50 German channels.
All BALCONY DOORS have FLYING GRIDS, all WINDOWS have ROLLOS for cooling
The kitchen has 2 ceramic hobs, glasses, dishes, pots, dishwasher detergent, dishwasher, towels.
Kitchens have completely new furniture , toaster ,fridge with 15 ltr freezer compartment, hoover, cutlery is available.
Balconies have 1 table and 2 chairs each. Free access to the beach (10m), restaurants in the beach where you can get a menu and other specialities for 3,50 €.
All the balcony doors have fly screens, all the windows have roll-up screens for cooling

Your holiday home is located directly on the lake.
Only 10m to the beach, where you will be spoilt by several restaurants. Other specialities such as langos, palatcsinta and a wide selection of drinks are also available.
It is about 300 m from the flat to the centre of the village.
Balatonszemes is a quiet, clean place where you can feel very comfortable. On Saturdays, the municipality organises a concert at the music pavilion directly at the railway station, with alternating music (folklore, theatre music, Dixieland). Every week a different music. At the harbour you can take a boat trip. On Saturdays, the disco boat departs from the harbour. The local people are very polite. You can go fishing with other sports fans at the harbour, where you will also find a special fish restaurant.

Tolle Lage
Experienced a lovely week. Nice accommodation, partially a bit worn out (bathroom, doors, but clean and usable). Parking on the property, max. 200 m to the water. Landlord friendly and approachable at all times.

Very well located holiday flat
we had a lovely relaxing holiday. The flat was right on Lake Balaton with a lake view.
The 2nd bedroom was the living room. This was not to be read or recognised, but OK. Everything was functionally furnished. Thanks again to our landlord :-)

We really enjoyed it. The landlord was very friendly and accommodating. The holiday apartment is located directly on the beach, making it especially recommended for families with children. It would be advisable to have air conditioning for hot days.

Ideal für Familien mit Kindern
We felt very comfortable in the lower apartment. Have already been here 4 times. Something is improved at the house and in the apartments every year. Beach is right across from the apartment. Highly recommended.

Summer Vacation: Father and Son
If you're looking for peace and relaxation and don't want to spend eternity getting to the beach, you'll be well taken care of in this holiday accommodation. A very nice landlord who is always there for any questions and with whom you can communicate very well. Everything you need is within walking distance. We will come back next year. (WiFi is available).

Rating Apartment
no bicycles, no WiFi, playground, sandbox, and table tennis table available across the street, but not part of the apartment. The garden is well-kept. The location of the apartment couldn't be better, TOP!!! Only 70-80 meters to the beach. Water and beach clean and well-maintained. There is no bicycle rental in the area. Otherwise, the apartment is as described and can be recommended!
