The apartment has a bedroom newly furnished. The living room still has sleeping accommodation for up to 3 people. New digital TV 82 cm with 50 German channels.
All BALCONY DOORS have FLY SCREENS, all WINDOWS have BLINDS for cooling.
Simple Wi-Fi free of charge Enhanced Wi-Fi €1.00 per day. The kitchen has 2 ceramic hobs, glasses, dishes, pots, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher, towels.
Kitchens have completely new furniture, toaster, refrigerator with 15 l freezer compartment, vacuum cleaner, cutlery is available.
On the balconies there is 1 table and 2 chairs each. Free access to the beach (10m). Restaurants on the beach where you can get a menu and other specialties starting from €3.50.

Your holiday home is located directly on the lake.
Only 10m to the beach, where you will be spoiled by several restaurants. Other specialties such as Langos, Palatcsinta are also available there, with a large selection of drinks.
It is about 300 m from the holiday apartment to the town center.
Balatonszemes is a quiet, clean place where you can feel very comfortable. On Saturdays, the community organizes a concert at the music pavilion right by the train station, with alternating music (folklore, theater music, Dixieland). Every week a different type of music. At the harbor, you can take boat tours. On Saturdays, the disco ship also departs from there. The local population is very polite. Fish at the harbor with other sports fans.

Thank you very much for the beautiful days.
Beautiful accommodation that is equipped with the essentials. The location couldn't be better; it's only a few meters to the water. Very friendly and accommodating landlord. Perfect for families. You can also stock up on food and drinks right in front of the accommodation without having to travel far. All in all, a successful vacation. We would love to come back. Thank you for everything, Mr. Hammeley.

Tolle Lage
Experienced a lovely week. Nice accommodation, partially a bit worn out (bathroom, doors, but clean and usable). Parking on the property, max. 200 m to the water. Landlord friendly and approachable at all times.

Very well located holiday flat
we had a lovely relaxing holiday. The flat was right on Lake Balaton with a lake view.
The 2nd bedroom was the living room. This was not to be read or recognised, but OK. Everything was functionally furnished. Thanks again to our landlord :-)
