Description
The apartment is 35 sqm with a kitchen, 2 rooms with parquet flooring and a balcony, suitable for up to 4 people, the bathroom has a shower and toilet. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach and the harbour in the same time.
SAT-TV(60 cm )with about 50 german channels.furniture has arrived.they will be unpacked and put up by the carpenter.

Location and surroundings of object
It is only a 7-minute walk to the beach, where you will be spoilt by several restaurants. Several specialities such as langos, palatcsinta and other dishes are served there, with a large selection of drinks.
The centre of the village is about 50 metres from the flat, where one restaurant follows the next.
Balatonszemes is a quiet, clean place where you can feel very comfortable. On Saturdays, the municipality organises a concert at the music pavilion directly at the railway station (folklore, theatre music, Dixieland). At the harbour you can take a boat trip. On Saturdays, the disco boat departs from the harbour. The local population is very polite. You can go fishing with other sports fans at the harbour, where you will also find a special fish restaurant.

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung
We had a great time in the holiday apartment. It was very neat and clean. Since we were mostly out and about, we only needed the apartment to sleep in. There was a balcony where we could have a cozy breakfast. Everything we needed was there. We felt very comfortable here. The beach was within walking distance. There were several options for dining nearby. An ice cream café was in the village. Everything reachable in a few minutes. The place was very clean and well-maintained.
We will definitely come back.

Beautiful holiday apartment
The vacation rental has a great location. You are right in the town and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The cleanliness was okay and the apartment's amenities were good. The landlord was always available and took care of everything right away. It was great and we would love to come back.

Quiet and calm
We were here for 3 days on a mini-vacation. The apartment is not too big (34 square meters) but it is sufficient and has everything you need. The beach is nearby, a 5-minute walk, and the owner is very nice. I would also like to come next year.
