Kitchen and rooms are modernly furnished. Parking space directly in front of the apartment.

Great apartment right by the lake

We had a really nice vacation here. The apartment, as well as the entire complex, is very tidy and clean. If you are looking for tranquility, this is the right place, the direct access to the lake is perfect. The center of Balatonlelle can be easily reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The only thing we might have wished for is a larger sun umbrella, but according to Mr. Hammeley, this will be available next year. We can really recommend this accommodation.

Great flat directly on the lake

Very nice and well furnished apartment with secluded access to Lake Balaton. 1 star deduction for the still missing WLAN, the rest is almost perfect! We always like to come back to this accommodation.

Very nice apartment directly on the lake

We have been spending our holidays in Balatonlelle for many years now.as we often choose different accommodations,we found Mr. Hammeley's advertisement on the internet.from HOT to SHIT,from too expensive to overpriced,we have had everything,
the latter was not always better.Try makes wise,so we booked it.
That was in 2021 and this year we stayed in his flat again, because I already said it in my last review, it is the best we have found in terms of price/quality ratio
For those who have not read my review of 2021 here are a few key points:
Flat with air conditioning, spacious, modern and fully furnished, very clean and well maintained, property is located directly on the lake with "sunbathing lawn", flat with its own terrace and its own parking space on secured property of the complex.Also not to forget the complete mosquito screens on windows and patio doors with Jalusien as well as the separate bedroom.
Also the landlord makes a super service. !! THANK YOU, we will surely come back again.

Modern accommodation

Everything was just as I imagined! Modernly furnished apartment, beautiful well-kept private beach. Large parking lot, which means the car is safe at the accommodation and everything is actually easy to reach! Shopping, etc. I can recommend booking there to everyone! Dream holiday flat

A beautiful and modern furnished, large holiday flat with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The parking space right next to the terrace is very convenient for unloading and loading luggage. The private beach as well as the entire apartment complex is in a very clean and well-kept condition, just to feel good. The landlord is very nice and always available, we will be happy to come back.

2021 Corona/ but dream holiday at Lake Balaton

We have been spending our holidays in Balatonlelle for many years.
We have had everything from hot to junk, as we often choose different flats.
It is safe to say that this is the best we have ever had.
The flat is very spacious, modern and fully furnished (from kitchen to LG TV) neat and very clean and well maintained.The area of the accommodation with associated parking (a private parking for flat I find important because the car is safe) is fenced, secured with electric gate and is located directly on Lake Balaton with, sunbathing lawn and lake access.A private terrace is also located directly at the flat.
The landlord is just as great as the accommodation: he can be reached by telephone and is on site within 10 minutes if necessary, is polite and courteous and speaks perfect German!
As I said, "a dream holiday on Lake Balaton"
We will definitely be back Wolfgang

A dream of a holiday home

We have been going to Hungary for several years. Compared to previous accommodations, this flat is by far the best one we spent our holiday in
The flat is clean and very modernly equipped. Nothing is missing. The view of Lake Balaton from the private terrace is fantastic. We especially liked the direct access to the private beach
The car is safely parked in the car park belonging to the flat. The area is fenced and has an electric gate
There are also places for bicycles
The contact with the landlord also worked without problems before and during our stay. We can therefore only recommend this accommodation and would be very happy to come back.

Top Ferienwohnung....

One searches for a long time for something comparable...this is a real insider tip and we were lucky to still be able to book 10 days in August. Simply ideal...from the terrace, you almost fall into Lake Balaton, it's like a private beach, beautifully quiet and chill...Mr. Hammeley is very friendly and helps with all problems, he also speaks perfect German. We would book this accommodation again at any time. The entire property is an absolute luxury resort...

Tolle Wohnung

We stayed for 8 days in the apartment. Very, very satisfied. Mr. Hammeley welcomed us kindly in the apartment. He gave us some advice. The apartment is ideal, modern, and equipped with good taste. TV, 2 toilets, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The property is fenced, with a beautiful courtyard garden, an electric gate. The car is parked right next to the apartment. We enjoyed the private beach. In the evening, the sunset, the peace, the swans, the lake. Mr. Hammeley arrived on time for the key handover, bid us a warm farewell. We are completely satisfied and can recommend the apartment to others.
