The flat has a terrace(downstairs).The bedroom is newly furnished. Living room is still sleeping accommodation for up to 3 persons. Digital LED -TV 82 cm with WLan and 50 German SAT programmes.
The kitchen has 2 plate cooker, with glasses, dishes, pots, detergent, dishwasher, towels.
Kitchen has completely new furniture, toaster, refrigerator with 50l freezer, hoover, cutlery are available.
There is a table and 4 chairs on the terrace.

Your holiday home is located directly on the lake.
Only 10 m to the beach, where you will be spoilt by several restaurants and other specialities such as langos and palatcsinta, with a large selection of drinks.
It is about 300 m from the flat to the centre of the village.
Balatonszemes is a quiet, clean place where you can feel very comfortable. On Saturdays the municipality organises a concert at the music pavilion, directly at the railway station, with alternating music (folklore, theatre music, Dixieland). Every week a different band. At the harbour you can book round trips by boat. On Saturdays the disco boat leaves from the harbour and the local people are very polite. At the harbour you can get in touch with other fishing enthusiasts

Beautiful holiday directly on the beach
The holiday flat has a TOP location in Balatonszemes. To get to the beach, you only have to cross the small street directly in front of the house. At the beach there are several snack possibilities, a nice playground and a pedal boat rental. The harbour is about a 2-minute walk away and the centre of the village with its various shops and restaurants is about a 5-10-minute walk away. The bakery is about a 20-minute walk away.
The landlord is very friendly and helpful. The flat was handed over directly on arrival and departure.
The flat has a beautiful terrace with a limited view of Lake Balaton, where you can sit comfortably at any time. The holiday flat has a small bedroom with a double bed and a living area with two sleeping possibilities. In the open kitchen there is a fridge with freezer, two hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom and WC are separate. There is a shower possibility in the bathtub. In our opinion, the bathroom is not up to today's standards and could be modernised. But you don't spend much time in the bathroom, so it's okay for a week or two of holiday.
All in all, you can spend a nice holiday here.

Landlord friendly almost invisible although he lives on the property helpful if you need anything in the house everything available if you want to cook yourself plus points everything close by one of the most beautiful holidays on Lake Balaton except for the weather will definitely come again

Super Vermieter, wir hatten für oben gebucht und durften ab dem 15.8. die Wohnung unten nutzen.
Toller Strand mit einem Schwimmbad und guter Gastronomie.
Ortskern schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Alles wie beschrieben ein super Strand vor der Haustür. Sehr netter Vermieter. Die Gastronomie im Ort ist einfach Spitze und leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Familienurlaub mit Hund
Angegebene Ausstattung nicht alles vor Ort. Bügeleisen, tischtennisplatte und Sonnenliegen fehlten. Baden mit Hund im kompletten Ort verboten, etwas ungünstig.
Lage der Wohnung 1a. Sauberkeit lässt nach deutschen Ansprüchen zu wünschen übrig. Vermieter wohnt auf Grundstück in einem Gartenhaus direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer.
Wohnung geräumig, viel Platz. In großen und ganzen ist die Wohnung weiter zu empfehlen

Urlaub August 2020
Wir waren in der oberen Ferienwohnung und sind sehr zufrieden.
Es war alles vorhanden und wir mussten zum ersten
mal nicht gleich nachkaufen. Sehr schön war auch der Strand gleich gegenüber,
er war frei und man konnte jederzeit dort auch Mahlzeiten einnehmen.
Die Wohnung hatte vorne und hintenraus jeweils einen Balkon. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war mit einer unserer schönsten Urlaube.

Top Lage
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und strandnah gelegen. Man erreicht Geschäfte und Kneipen schnell zu Fuß. Vermieter stellt Grill zur Verfügung. Terasse ist schön gross. Hunde und Kinder sind auch willkommen. Rummel im Ort vorhanden.

Ferienwohnung Strandnah ?
Waren zum 3 mal in dieser Unterkunft. Gegenüber ist der Balaton, Gaststätte und Spielplatz. Hund war ebenfalls in Unterkunft erlaubt. Allerdings nicht am Strand. Unweit der Unterkunft ist eine kleine Erlebnismeile. Wir verbringen gern unseren Urlaub hier.

Top Unterkunft am Balaton
Verbrachten Anfang August 2019 eine Woche Sommerurlaub in Balatonzemes bei Herrn Dieter Hammeley. Die Unterkunft liegt gegenüber eines öffetlichen Badestrandes (ca.15m entfernt), und bietet jede Menge Freizeitangebote. Ebenso sind zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft von Herrn Hammeley bietet alles was man braucht, und ist für ungarische Verhältnisse auf sehr gutem Stand. Für die Ausstattung gab es nur 4,5 von möglichen 5 möglichen Punkten, da jede Kleinigkeit berücksichtigt wurde. Und es gab auch wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten die keine Rede wert sind. Und wo etwas vermietet wird, ist es natürlich klar, das ab und an mal Kleinigkeiten auftreten. Herr Hammeley ist immer bestrebt seine Unterkunft auf einem hohen Standart zu halten und auch zusätzlich noch zu verbessern. Ein Vermieter wie man sich ihn wünscht!!! Er steht stets für Auskünfte , Fragen und Anliegen zur Verfügung und ist eun sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Vermieter. Hier ist ein Aufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Sommerurlaub 2019
Schade das wir uns nicht persönlich verabschieden konnten,da wir kurzfristig die Heimreise antreten mussten.
Waren ja nun schon zum dritten mal hier und es war wie immer ein Traumhafter erholsamer Urlaub.Top Lage und Nachts sehr ruhig für einen erholsamen Schlaf.Waren sicher nicht das letzte mal bei ihnen.

Angenehme Erholung
Als Familie waren wir 2Wochen in Ihrem Haus.Die Wohnung ist funktional.Sauber und sehr nah am Strand.Terrasse groß.

Mehr Schein als sein
Wir fanden es ziemlich schmuddelig. Überall Spinnennetze..Syphon im Bad total verrostet. Keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Man muß sich komplett verrammeln weil einen sonst die Stechmücken fressen. Das heisst...alle Fenster zu und das bei 33 Grad.
Eine Wohnung ohne Wlan..,heute ein no go.
Es gibt ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett. Die restlichen Schlafgelegenheiten alle im Wohnzimmer. Tischtennisplatte usw hab ich nie gesehen.
Für diesen Preis würde ich da nie mehr buchen.
Außerdem haust der Vermieter auf dem Grundstück...das gehört auch in dir Beschreibung

Leider warst du eine Woche zu früh bei mir. Seit Montag kann man dich hier mit WLan erreichen.Die Mücken sind ausgerottet. Nicht eine ist mehr zu sehen. Die Tischtennisplatte wird wieder im Bad aufgebaut. (Vor einer Woche noch Baustelle). Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett .Das dürfte ausreichen.2 Schlafmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer. Spinnweben kommen halt innerhalb 14 Tagen. Die kann man auch selbst mit dem Besen entfernen. Bei Einzug war die Wohnung anscheinend sauber,es kam keineReklamation bei der Vorbesichtigung.
