This house is right opposite the harbour. From there you can also book round trips by boat. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity (10m)
There is a beach at the harbour and another beach (free of charge) about 50m away with a thermal bath (entrance fee about 1250 HUF). There are also several restaurants where you can eat and drink cheaply.
Balatonszemes is a quiet, well-kept place. The inhabitants are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful vacation in Balatonszemes
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a modern vacation apartment equipped with everything. The balcony is fantastic with a view of the harbor. The blinds operate with a remote control. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you actually need. Everything is very cozy yet spacious. You can see that the apartment has been furnished with a lot of love. There is an elevator in the building, so even people with mobility impairments would have no problems. And for those who are not in the mood for the beach, although it is reachable in 3 minutes, they can jump into the pool. No comparison to previous vacation apartments. We felt so comfortable there that we immediately booked again for next year. Of course, the friendly manner of the landlord, Mr. Hammeley, also contributed a lot to our well-being. He is always helpful and you can go to him with any questions.
You don't even have to worry about the car anymore, either you can book the garage or it is safely parked in the enclosed courtyard.
Highly recommended!

Super holiday flat directly at Lake Balaton
We were very satisfied with the flat, which is very modern and well equipped.
The location is great, a lot is within walking distance. The beach and harbour are only a few metres away.
Everything was fine, including the contact with the landlord, who was always friendly and easy to deal with.
It was one of our best holidays on Lake Balaton.

Ich war mit meiner Frau und meinen 2 kleinen Kinder da hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Herr ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar wenn irgendwas ist ,kümmert sich gleich um Probleme so wie es es sein muss.leider muss ich noch bemängeln die Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft war nicht sehr schön musste leider nach 11 Stunden Autofahrt erst Mal saugen Boden wischen und Bad und Klo putzen des war leider nicht schön,ich werde aber wenn ich wieder nach Ungarn komme wieder in die Unterkunft gehen sie ist top und eine top Lage .vielen lieben Dank für den Urlaub .

Schönster Urlaub!
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub sehr Kurzfristig (9 Tage vor der Abfahrt) gebucht und die Abwicklung war absolut Problemlos! Vorort angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Ein eigener Stellplatz für unser Auto, im Innenhof der Anlage, war vorhanden. Der Strand war nur in 2 Min. zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr Modern eingerichtet und ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern, Rollos die mit einer Fernbedienung gesteuert werden, ein großer Balkon, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Pool im Hof sind vorhanden. Im Ort gibt es Zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte, sowie eine art Rummelplatz für Kinder. Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aktivitäten um den See herum gibt es zu genüge, z.B.: Panzerfahrern, Museen, Hubschrauber fliegen, Reiten, Zoo´s etc. Man muss sich nur mal die Zeit nehmen und die Umgebung erkunden. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Kurztripp
Das Appartment ist sehr schön ausgestattet und hat ein Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
Dadurch das dieses Objekt erst seit Juli 20 fertig gestellt wurde schauen hier und da noch ein paar Kabel aus der Wand was aber zu verschmerzen ist. Das Objekt würde ich jederzeit wieder mieten.

Gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung , in der man sich wohlfühlen und seinen Urlaub gut verbringen kann.Nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und von mehreren Essensmöglichkeiten umgeben.Vermieter ebenfalls sehr nett.

Sehr hübsche und moderne Fewo, sehr gute Ausstattung und wirklich gute Lage in Balatonszemes (direkt am Hafen). Für Pärchen oder kleine Familien sehr zu empfehlen!
