Here we offer our cozy, beach close Private holiday house for rent on. Our house is located in Julianadorp aan Zee, a small town in North Holland, with the most beautiful beach and the most sunshine hours of the Netherlands. Here you can do with their children vacation or just for two times

House "beach pearl"
Our in 2015 completely renovated and newly furnished house type beach Pearl is on a 290 square meter garden plot within the holiday park "Strandslag" in Julianadorp directly behind the dunes, about 300 meters to the beach. The massively built and bricks that house offers a living space of about 90 square meters.
It is cozy and comfortable and has a living-dining room with leather sofa, fireplace, satellite TV, and a large number of Dutch stations by cable (providers Ziggo), stereo with CD player and a completely new, modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave with grill, Senseo coffeemaker. Downstairs there is a 3rd bedroom with a modern sofa, the newly designed bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and a separate toilet.
Upstairs are one bedroom with box spring and satellite TV and DVD player, a bedroom with two single beds, satellite TV and Playstation and another toilet.
The house has a free Wi-Fi connection. A thermostat-controlled gas central heating and the stove guarantee - in conjunction with the double glazed windows - even in autumn and winter a comfortable use.
(From April to October) patio furniture and parasol, travel cot and high chair: Available in the house. Parking is located directly at the house.

The distances are up to the shopping center and the center about 2 km to Den Helder traveling 5 km (from there goes a ferry to Texel), up to 30 km Alkmaar to Amsterdam 100 km. Bungalow Park Strandslag The bungalow park is located directly on the dunes in about 300 meters distance to the beach. The complex includes: games, swimming and fishing, football and playground, Enclosure, 2 tennis courts, cafe / restaurant with terrace and mini-golf and a large trampoline. Additional facilities in the park: telephone boxes, laundry, bicycles, carts and go-kart rental. Before the park there is a wok restaurant with a lakeside terrace and a bowling alley with Internet Cafe. Small streams break up the image Park. The play and the lake with the adjacent playground is the attraction for children.

In the immediate vicinity: bowling, golf, subtropical swimming pool, swimming pool, riding school, shopping malls, sauna, restaurants, well-marked hiking and cycling trails and of course the beach with the year-round beach pavilion "Paal 6".
The location
In the north of North Holland, nestled in tulip fields, is the old Dutch Julianadorp aan Zee, which is located in North Holland directly behind the dunes of the North Sea. The place is characterized by beautiful sandy beaches with broad dunes, colorful flower fields and charming villages. In Julianadorp you find a good infrastructure: indoor mall (Aldi and Lidl), special retailers, restaurants, good bus and train services (eg half-hourly to Amsterdam) and many more, fitness center, riding stables, subtropical swimming pool, swimming pools, mini golf, golf The place belongs to the municipality of Den Helder and benefits from the tourism development of a mature infrastructure. The hinterland, with the colorful flower fields, the ancient windmills and the sleepy little ports holds many surprises.

Beautiful holiday home (almost) right on the beach.
The location of the house is simply ideal. Just over the dune and you're already at the most beautiful beach in North Holland. The house is in top condition and you lack nothing. The landlords are also friendly and respond very quickly to questions and requests.
