Welcome to hollandferien.haus
You will be staying in a bungalow of approximately 70 sqm. Here, there is space for up to 6 people. The house is a non-smoking house. Three separate bedrooms make the holiday with friends or family pleasant. In one bedroom, you will find a flat-screen TV and a PlayStation 3. Additionally, a Samsung Galaxy Tablet is available for your use during your stay in our house at no extra cost.
The bathroom is bright and friendly (1 window). In the walk-in shower (1.20 m x 0.90 m), featuring a wellness rain shower and access to the sauna, you can relax. A vanity cabinet with a mirrored cupboard and a heated towel rail are also included in the amenities.
A separate toilet with a washbasin is located right next to the bathroom.
The open-plan kitchen also offers enough opportunities for the ambitious hobby chef to enjoy culinary delights even on vacation. Here you will find everything your heart desires. A dishwasher, microwave, and Senseo coffee machine, also a kettle, toaster, egg cooker, high-quality dishes, etc.
The centerpiece of our cozy holiday home is the combined spacious living and dining area with a 50-inch Ambilight Smart TV, Playstation 4 Pro and games, with access to the outdoor terrace, and the light-flooded and very tastefully decorated living room with its high ceilings, in the middle of which a glass dome in the roof illuminates the entire living space. The overall appearance of our house is characterized by warm fresh colors, high-quality furniture, selected home accessories, and laminate flooring; you can expect an extremely harmonious living environment. Feel at home, let the rush of the past weeks simply fade away, we would like to support you in this and have a few more small amenities ready for you that might make your vacation even more relaxed.
Therefore, you have free access to, among other things, a washer and dryer. Washer dryer, high chair, children's travel cot with mattress, internet connection (WLAN 60mbits) available.
The house also offers you Blu-ray player, 2 flat-screen TVs, PlayStation 4 Pro as well as PlayStation 3, loungers, lounge furniture, parasol, grill, handcart, and 1 car parking space. Extensive barbecue evenings on the terrace of the quietly located property on the edge of the park, with a large garden and garden house, the garden lounge furniture, and the charcoal grill, let the sunny day by the beach end very relaxed, or enjoy leisurely hours with a good glass of wine in front of the fireplace.
Additionally, Bobbycar, Kettcar, and balance bikes are available for free, use at your own risk.

Location and surroundings of object
In the north of North Holland, nestled in tulip fields, is the old Dutch Julianadorp aan Zee, which lies directly behind the dunes of the North Sea in North Holland. The place is dominated by fantastic sandy beaches with wide dunes, colorful flower fields and romantic villages.
In Julianadorp you will find a good infrastructure. A covered shopping center De Riepel (also Aldi and Lidl), special retailers, restaurants, good bus and train connections (eg half hour to Amsterdam), fitness center, riding stable, subtropical swimming pool, swimming pools, minigolf, golf and many more Heroes and benefits from the tourism development of a grown infrastructure. The hinterland with the colorful flower fields, the old windmills and the dreamy little harbors holds many surprises. The distance to the shopping center and the village center is 2 km, to Den Helder 5 km (from there a ferry to Texel), to Alkmaar 30 km and to Amsterdam 100 km. Bungalowpark Strandslag The bungalow park is located directly at the dunes in about 300 meters distance to the beach. The complex has a playground, a swimming pool, a fishing ground, a playground, a pet-house, two tennis courts, a cafe / restaurant with a terrace and a mini golf course and a large trampoline. In the park there are also telephone boxes, wash-house, bicycles, carts and go carts. In front of the park there is a WOK-restaurant with a terrace and a bowling alley with Internetcafe. Small streams loosen the park image. The play and bathing lake with the adjacent playground is the attraction for children.

Wellness oasis with all comforts
The house is really very beautiful, there is nothing we missed. The great sauna, the living room with fireplace, the quiet location, just perfect. Everything was very clean and very comfortably furnished, just beautiful, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Very nice contact.

Super nice cottage!
It is a beautiful, clean, and peacefully located cottage. It is very hygienic and child-friendly. Despite the tranquility, there is a lot to do, the beach is within walking distance, and there is a very nice petting zoo nearby. We enjoyed it!

A beautiful, well-equipped vacation home with everything you could need. Wonderful hosts who managed to provide us with a fantastic holiday. Very nice, quiet location, tasteful furnishings, and very good support beforehand and during our stay. We will definitely come back.
