Our holiday villa is located in the exclusive, family-friendly and spacious holiday park Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne. The holiday villa is surrounded by small lakes and canals and is located in close proximity to the long sandy beach.
On the terrace you will find garden furniture and a Weber grill. Directly at the house is the parking lot. In the house you can escape the stress of everyday life with a glass of wine by the fireplace, in our sauna or in our spa whirlpool.
The house was provided on the ground floor with new floor tiles and upstairs with new laminate.
Our luxurious villa with about 110 square meters of living space is on a 360 sqm plot and can be occupied by up to 6 adults.
It is cozy, comfortable and modern furnished and has in the living room with large Ledereckgarnitur, an electric fireplace and a 55 "Samsung Curved Smart TV with satellite the Samsung Hifi system and the DVD player and the Apple TV you can watch movies watch and listen to music.
The dining area is located next to the new, modern open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, food processor, Senseo, daggers Gusto, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, WMF coffee machine and a coffee machine.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with an electric box spring bed and a Samsung Smart TV with easy access to TV, web and numerous apps.
The newly designed bathroom is equipped with modern bathroom furniture, a whirlpool bath, a towel radiator and a walk-in rain shower with sunshower / solarium.
From the bathroom you have direct access to our new sauna (about x ), where you can relax and unwind from everyday life.
A separate toilet with vanity is also located on the ground floor.
Furthermore, there is a wagon, highchair, baby walker, toys, baby monitors, bed guards, baby food warmer, microwave vaporizer and a travel cot available for free. The stairs are on the upper floor is still secured with a stair gate.
The house has free Wi-Fi. Furthermore, a Samsung Galaxy Tablet is also available for free for the duration of your stay.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
Furthermore, these bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. In one room is also a new Playstation 4 with games.
The new bathroom on the first floor has a shower, sink and toilet, and a towel radiator.

Our holiday villa is located in the exclusive and spacious holiday park Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne. The holiday villa is surrounded by small lakes and canals and is located in close proximity to the long sandy beach. In the north of North Holland, nestled in tulip fields, lies the old Dutch Julianadorp aan Zee, which lies directly behind the dunes of the North Sea in North Holland. The place is characterized by beautiful sandy beaches with wide dune chain, colorful flower fields and romantic villages. In Julianadorp you will find a good infrastructure. A covered shopping center De Riepel (also Aldi and Lidl), special retailers, restaurants, good bus and train connections (eg half an hour to Amsterdam), fitness center, riding stables, subtropical swimming paradise, swimming pools, mini golf, golf, etc. The place belongs to the municipality Den Helder and benefits from the tourism development of a grown infrastructure.
The hinterland with the colorful flower fields, the old windmills and the dreamy little harbors brings many surprises.

Top zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen
Sehr hochwertig eingerichtetes Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Durch die zusätzliche Austattung mit Sauna, Whirlpool und Sun-Dusche ist diese Wohnung auch im Winter zu empfehlen.

Alles (wirklich alles!) vorhanden, was man für erholsame Tage benötigt. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter sowie sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus!
Unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus haben wir sehr genossen. Es ist ein wirklich super tolles Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sauna und Whirpool runden die Entspannung ab. Es ist sehr hell und groß und ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Der Garten ist groß, mit einer schönen Sitzgruppe und Sonnenschirm.
In diesen Haus kann man sich rundum wohlfühlen und man will eigentlich auch gar nicht mehr abreisen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt (bestimmt nicht der Letzte)!
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar.

Traum einer Ferienwohnung
Wir waren zu zweit in diesem Haus und sind sehr begeistert. Es ist tatsächlich alles so, wie vorab auf Bildern zu sehen. Die perfekte Ausstattung des Hauses, ob es die Dekoration ist oder die Küchengeräte, es wurde einfach an nichts gespart! Aus dem Bad möchte am Liebsten gar nicht mehr heraus kommen - Dank Sauna, Sunshower und Whirlpool. War ein sehr schöner und entspannter Kurzurlaub, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wohlfühlhaus für entspannte Tage auch in der kalten Jahreszeit
Wir sind völlig begeistert. Die liebevollen Details in Ergänzung zur perfekten Ausstattung lassen dieses Haus zum Schmuckstück werden. Die Sauna, Sunshower und der Whirlpoorl runden den entspannten Urlaub ab. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtetes Haus
Wir waren schon bei der Ankunft begeistert und sind es immer noch – ein so liebevoll eingerichtetes und technisch auf höchstem Niveau ausgestattetes Urlaubsdomizil ist sicher nicht alltäglich. Wohlfühlvergnügen bis ins letzte Detail
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem Landal-Ferienpark unweit der Küste. Es ist Anfang 2018 komplett renoviert worden und dabei haben die Vermieter an nichts gespart. Wir haben schon viele Ferienunterkünfte gebucht und legen dabei auch immer großen Wert auf eine gute Ausstattung, aber diese Unterkunft übertrifft alles bisher dagewesene. Eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche, geräumige Sauna, eine Dusche mit Solarium und Infrarotbestrahlung, 4 (!) große Fernseher, Playstation, DVD-Player, Apple-TV, Weber-Grill, Waschmaschine/Trockner, Boxspring-Betten, etc... Es ist wirklich alles da! Noch dazu ist die Wohnung sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und auch hier wurde an nichts gespart. Wenn man einen Kritikpunkt suchen wollte, fiele mir nur der Außenbereich ein, dieser ist zumindest derzeit etwas karg. Ich gehe aber davon aus, dass hier kurzfristig noch was passieren wird, wir waren ja quasi der Erstbezug. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Julianadorp reichlich. Empfehlenswert, da gefühlt günstiger, ist unseres Erachtens der Vomar (Drooghe Bol 1026). Das im Park liegende Schwimmbad ist übrigens nur inklusive, wenn man eine Unterkunft über Landal gebucht hat, ansonsten muss man Eintritt bezahlen.
