Our villa will be completely and extensively renovated and refurnished in 2019
2x bath and WC, free WIFI, cot, high chair, PS4
On the large surrounding terrace garden lounge furniture and a Weber grill are at your disposal. There are two parking spaces in front of the house. In the house you can escape from everyday stress with a glass of wine by the fireplace, in our sauna (from 05/19) or in our wellness shower with SUNSHOWER (4th quarter)
The house will be completely renovated and refurnished in 2019
Our luxurious villa with 120 sqm living space stands on a 530 sqm large plot and can be occupied by up to 6 adults
It is cosy, comfortable and modernly furnished and has two leather sofas and a wood-burning stove in the living room
There is also a dining area for 6 people. The new modern equipped kitchen with dishwasher, SMEG microwave, SMEG oven, coffee machine and Senseo
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an electric box spring bed
The newly designed bathroom with a bathtub, a towel radiator and the highlight, a ground level rain shower with SUNSHOWER is available to you from 12/19.
A separate WC with washbasin is also located on the ground floor.
A high chair and a children's travel bed are also available free of charge
The house has WLAN free of charge.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In one room there is also a new Playstation 4.
In our new large sauna on the upper floor, for up to 6 people, you can recover and relax from everyday life.
The new bathroom (from 4th quarter 2019) on the upper floor has a shower and toilet, as well as a towel radiator.
There are two parking spaces in front of the house.

Our holiday villa is located in the exclusive and spacious holiday park Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne. The holiday villa is surrounded by small lakes and canals and is located in the immediate vicinity of the long sandy beach. In the north of North Holland, embedded in tulip fields, lies the old Dutch Julianadorp aan Zee, which lies in North Holland directly behind the dunes of the North Sea. The village is characterised by dreamlike sandy beaches with a wide chain of dunes, colourful flower fields and romantic villages. In Julianadorp you will find a good infrastructure. A covered shopping centre De Riepel (also Aldi and Lidl), special retailers, restaurants, good bus and train connections (every half hour to Amsterdam), fitness centre, riding stable, subtropical swimming paradise, swimming pools, mini golf, golf and much more. The village belongs to the municipality of Den Helder and benefits from a developed infrastructure due to the development of tourism
The hinterland with the colourful flower fields, the old windmills and the dreamy little harbours holds many surprises.
