The living room leads to a separate dining room with dining table for six. The adjoining kitchen is new and equipped with modern appliances: large fridge, washing machine and microwave.
At this level there is also a modern white tiled bathroom with shower.
The first floor has white walls and tiled floors. High ceilings with wooden beams. From the bedroom you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea, lake and the countryside. There is also a lovely double room with wrought iron beds and a terrace overlooking the lake. Both rooms have private bathroom, red and white tiles with shower and bathtub.
The living room opens onto the terrace overlooking the garden and pool (9x4 m), with views of the sea, lake and the countryside. The shaded terrace is equipped for outdoor dining. It has an elegant dark gray iron table for six.
