Apartment (two-room apartment), independent and renovated with quality materials, is located in Alghero, in one of the most renowned locations in Sardinia. The apartment is furnished with care, is equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, swimming pool, garden, fenced parking, to enjoy nature, sun, tranquility, just a few minutes from the sea and the center of Alghero, and is located inside a fenced villa with garden and swimming pool, which has 3 other apartments. The villa, called "Quinta esencia", located in Alghero in a quiet area with an adjacent bar/tobacconist, was born from the perfect meeting of two cultures, Angel's Spanish one and Lisa's Sardinian one, in which we live.
We are happy to be able to welcome our guests in the best possible way, offering an ideal alternative if you are a lover of nature, good genuine food, culture and traditions and if you are looking for a place where you can get away from the chaos of the city, without having to give up to some
services. It will be a pleasure for us to host you in one of our 4 exclusive accommodations, which we have called:
“fire” (three-room apartment of 70 m2 for up to 4 guests), “water” and “earth” (two-room apartments of 32 m2 for up to 3 guests) and “air” (loft of 32 m2), and to offer you our courtesy and assistance , our familiar availability 24 hours a day, guaranteeing you our idea of comfort and privacy every day, as well as
let you discover the true essence of Alghero, its flavors and more.
Our 4 apartments are all independent, equipped with a private patio for outdoor dining (with veranda/gazebo, table and chairs), wifi, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, washing machine, windows with mosquito net, darkened by curtains and opening shutters.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
two-room apartment of 32 m2 consisting of a living area with kitchenette (kitchen with oven and fridge) equipped with air conditioning, a comfort sofa bed and dining table with chairs, a TV, 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, and 1 windowed bathroom with 80x80 glass shower, bidet, toilet and a sink with shelf, mirror and cabinet. The washing machine is external and is for exclusive use. Reserved patio for outdoor dining with wooden gazebo, table and chairs.
Available free of charge for our guests:
Household linens (towels and sheets provided on arrival), pillows and blankets/quilts.
Eco/organic products for cleaning the house, the body and for the washing machine, ecological toilet paper.
Hairdryer. Kitchen utensils: crockery, cutlery, placemats, plates, glasses, breakfast cups etc. Drying rack.
Wifi, Air conditioning, Exclusive washing machine.
Electricity/gas/water consumption.
Use of the swimming pool and garden, for the exclusive use of the 4 apartments.
Luggage storage.
Private, reserved, fenced parking.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartments of our Villa are 4 km from Alghero, just 10 minutes by car from the center of Alghero and 5 minutes by car from one of the most beautiful beaches in Alghero, Maria Pia, which is characterized by a crystal clear sea, white sand fine, from its dunes and its large pine forest to be able to relax in the shade and where you can have a pick nick, but also do physical activity.
The Villa is located in a quiet and not isolated area, surrounded by greenery, the road is asphalted and is practically on the main road that leads to the center of Alghero and the Lido di S. Giovanni. The nearest bar/tobacconist is about 200 m away, while the nearest supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, ice cream parlors etc are about 4.9 km away (5/7 minutes by car). Alghero airport is 4 minutes away by car.
The Porto Torres pier, where ships dock, is 28km away (25 minutes by car). Just 1 minute by car is the Archaeological site The Necropolis of Anghelu Ruiu, which is worth a visit. The renowned seaside resort of Stintino is about 37 km away (about 30 minutes by car)
The position of the house in fact allows you to move in multiple directions both to easily reach the center of Alghero but also various beaches, archaeological sites and various nearby important locations.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
