The Villa can be reached by a private road and absolutely quiet and peacefully located. In three directions from home, dirt roads on forest pass through meadows and fields. we will come again
We spent our family vacation this year during the autumn holidays in the Villa tre mari and we all had a great time. The children could move freely in the garden and the surrounding area up to the coast without any traffic or other dangers, and they could make noise; it doesn't bother anyone. There is a nice sunny and shady spot in the house and garden at any time of day, and in every direction, there is a great wide view over untouched nature as well as to the sea. Total peace and deceleration. The house with kitchen and the terraces are very well and lovingly equipped, nothing is missing. The garden furniture offers many possibilities with several large and small tables, chairs, adjustable loungers, and proper garden loungers, all made of wood; they are repaired or replaced and freshly painted every year as needed, no plastic. The beach and the even closer rock bay were almost always deserted and beautiful!
I just read the last review and want to correct a few things here, because the hostess was, as always, very accessible by phone and through various messengers or email, and she dedicated a lot of patience and joy to all our questions about the surroundings, plants, animals, etc. every year. Our children, although already growing up, want to come back here every year, a complete contrast program to city life, and there is enough space to bring along friends as well. Furthermore, it must be clarified here: Wi-Fi worked without problems, as did the gas stove and the washing machine. I have had the impression over the years: as soon as the hostess learns of a problem, she promptly takes care of repairs or replacements through her many helpers on site. We found the house in good cleanliness. Bedding was ready for us; since not all beds are used often, everything is fresh.

Secluded location on beautiful steep coast
The house really has no neighbors, so you cannot be disturbed. Without a car, nothing works.
There are terraces in every direction, so you can walk with or against the sun. However, the furniture was already very rickety and partially defective.
The beds are not made. You have to rummage through a closet to find which linens belong to which bed. There are plenty of sleeping options. The upper floor can only be reached via a very steep staircase, which is preferably used backwards for descent.
There were also things like a blender, which one usually does not find in holiday homes, and quite a lot of dishes. However, we had to clean almost everything before use, as kitchen utensils were also dirty in the drawers.
With the gas stove, one burner did not work at all, and the other had melted metal, but somehow it worked. There is a 45cm dishwasher that also worked.
The washing machine was defective.
The WiFi mostly did not work at all.
You can walk to a cute beach. The path is not really for adventurers, so doable, but not for people with limited mobility.
In Porto Torres, you can shop well and there are great lost places in the harbor area, as far as you like that.
The landlady is reachable via WhatsApp in a limited way. She tends to read emails more. For all the deficiencies combined, we received a generous refund of €20. It wasn't about the money for me, but rather a relaxing vacation.

A fantastic holiday!
A magnificent location, completely quiet and absolutely relaxing!
We spent two wonderful weeks there with two families (3 children) and didn't want to go home at all... surrounded by the peace and the view of the sea, we felt completely comfortable! The children were excited about the lizards and snakes (harmless) in the garden. The path to the cove, which is accessible on foot, requires some stamina and climbing skills, but we have always enjoyed hiking the trail and have always been rewarded with the small and never crowded cove! Great for children and always popular, as one can snorkel well. Evening walks along the coast were also impressive. However, one should be fit. Not suitable for small children and elderly people. When the waves were too rough, we drove towards Porto Torres to another beautiful beach. There are no rocks there, and the kids could swim out far :) You always had a choice. The house is cozy and fully equipped, and communication with the landlord was smooth! We arrived at the vacation home already before the usual check-in time due to the morning arrival of the ferry and were allowed to leave all our luggage at the house. That helped us a lot, as the other family arrived by plane and was to be picked up by us at the airport in Olbia. This way we met the lady who is responsible for the cleaning of the holiday home. An absolutely charming, friendly, and competent person! We were really sad when the return journey was approaching and are already dreaming of our next stay!

A superbly equipped holiday home (there is even a casserole) in an absolutely secluded location, with only the sound of sheep bells in the evening.... A true dream!
I can't put our holiday in the villa into words. The only bad thing was the scales in the downstairs bathroom.... ;-)
Mrs. Bilger was always there for us (even in advance) with help and advice, no matter if it was great, written tips, if you had a problem during your stay, or whatever.
We had a great time and would be happy to come back any time!

Dream house in dream location
The house, its terraces in all four directions, the shady veranda, the garden with fragrant oleander and rosemary, the surrounding landscape with sea views and breezes are so enchanting that you can spend many a holiday day just in the holiday home. The absolute tranquillity in the beautiful nature is immensely relaxing. We heard the first engine after 3 days - it was the farmer ploughing a few hundred metres away.
The communication with Mrs. Bilger is extremely friendly and obliging. Her directions and house information are perfect
The property is completely fenced so that even a small dog cannot run away.
To the beach Biancareddu Nord (fine white gravel and rocks, lots of space, relatively empty) you walk 15 min+descent (we only found the wide one, which is also used by those who come from the south and drive to the car park, the trails were quite overgrown), to the rocky bay altogether about 15 min. This is wildly romantic - in strong surf to linger and marvel, in calm seas to snorkel and rock jumping. Bathing shoes recommended! We were alone there almost every time! The dream beach La Pelosa north of Stintino can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car, but you have to share it with a lot of people...Ezzi Manu and the saltpan beach between Pozzo San Nicola and Stintino are also very beautiful and have pure sand. A wide long sandy beach with dunes can also be found east of Porto Torres, Platamona. However, we mostly preferred the solitude
Surrounding villages and towns with shopping facilities and sights can be reached quickly and easily.
For us (parents, adolescent children) our stay was a dream holiday. We are already dreaming of next year!

For 10 years, the Villa tre mari is in our family owned and has meanwhile steadily embellished and evolved tremendously. The location is so quiet and peaceful that it plays a very important positive role for the development of our "city kids". It will be loud and far and wide to play freely without traffic road and experienced daily incredibly impressive natural events in the garden and around here. All the neighbors (which are, however, removed at least 1km) are all incredibly open and helpful, so you can really relax. The footpath to the nearby bathing facilities are a little "sporty", but also a great nature experience and worth the effort. The bay la Grotta is beautiful and you can enjoy alone mostly, the beach is because of its easier accessibility through a parking lot and steps a bit busier but still a secret. So we continue to hope for happy tenants!

Ich habe gerade die letzte Bewertung gelesen und möchte hier einiges richtig stellen, denn die Gastgeberin war wie immer sehr gut telefonisch und über verschiedene Messenger oder E-Mail erreichbar und hat sich jedes Jahr mit viel Geduld und Freude alle unseren Fragen zur Umgebung, zu den Pflanzen und Tieren etc gewidmet. Unsere Kinder, obwohl schon langsam groß, wollen jedes Jahr wieder hierher kommen, ein komplettes Kontrastprogramm zum Stadtleben, und es gibt genug Platz, auch zusätzlich noch Freunde mit zu nehmen. Außerdem muss hier noch richtig gestellt werden: WLAN hat ohne Probleme funktioniert, ebenso der Gasherd und die Waschmaschine. Ich hatte in all den Jahren den Eindruck: sobald die Gastgeberin von einem Problem erfährt, kümmert Sie sich umgehend um Reparatur oder Ersatz durch Ihre vielen Helfer vorort. Das Haus haben wir in guter Sauberkeit vorgefunden. Bettwäsche lag für uns bereit, da selten alle Betten genutzt werden, ist so alles frisch.
Es gibt Terrassen in jede Richtung, so dass man mit oder gegen die Sonne wandern kann. Allerdings waren die Möbel schon sehr klapprig und teilweise defekt.
Die Betten werden nicht bezogen. Man muss sich aus einem Schrank zusammensuchen welche Wäsche wohl zu welchem Bett gehört. Schlafmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich.
Das Obergeschoss ist nur über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen, die man am liebsten rückwärts zum Abstieg benutzt.
Es gab auch Dinge wie einen Mixer, den man sonst eher nicht in Ferienhäusern findet und Recht viel Geschirr. Allerdings müssten wir fast alles vor der Benutzung saubermachen, da Küchenutensilien auch verdreckt in den Schubladen waren.
Beim Gasherd funktionierte eine Platte gar nicht, bei der anderen war das Metall verschmolzen, lief aber irgendwie.
Es gibt einen 45cm Geschirrspüler, der auch funktionierte.
Die Waschmaschine war defekt .
Das WiFi funktionierte größtenteils gar nicht.
Man kann zu einem niedlichen Strand laufen. Der Weg ist nicht eher für Abenteurer, also machbar, aber nicht für bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen.
In Porto Torres kann man gut einkaufen und es gibt im Hafenbereich tolle lost places, soweit man das mag.
Die Vermieterin ist per WhatsApp eingeschränkt erreichbar. Mails liest sie eher.
Für alle Mängel zusammen bekamen wir eine großzügige Erstattung von 20€. Mir ging es nicht ums Geld, sondern einen erholsamen Urlaub.
Wir haben mit zwei Familien (3 Kinder) dort wunderschöne 2 Wochen genossen und wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause....umgeben von der Ruhe und dem Blick aufs Meer haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder waren begeistert von den Eidechsen und Schlangen (ungefährlich) im Garten. Der Weg zur Bucht, die fußläufig erreichbar ist erfordert zwar Kondition und etwas Kletterkünste, aber wir sind den Weg immer gerne gewandert und sind stets mit der kleinen und nie überfüllten Bucht belohnt worden!toll für Kinder und immer beliebt.,da man gut schnorcheln kann. Auch abendliche Wanderungen oben entlang der Küste waren beeindruckend. Man sollte jedoch gut zu Fuß sein. Für Kleinkinder und ältere Menschen eher ungeeignet.
Wenn der Wellengang zu wild war sind wir Richtung Porto Torres an einen anderen schönen Strand gefahren. Dort gibt es keine Felsen und die Kinder konnten weit rausschwimmen :) Man hatte immer die Wahl.
Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war reibungslos! Wir sind durch die morgendliche Ankunft der Fähre schon vor der üblichen Anreisezeit am Ferienhaus gewesen und durften unser ganzes Gepäck schon am Haus abstellen. Das hat uns sehr geholfen , da die andere Familie per Flugzeug angereist kam und von uns am Flughafen in Olbia abgeholt werden sollte. So haben wir die Dame kennengelernt, die verantwortlich für die Reinigung des Ferienhauses ist. Eine absolut entzückende, freundliche und kompetente Person!
Wir waren wirklich traurig, als die Heimfahrt bevorstand und träumen schon von unserem nächsten Aufenthalt!
Ein toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus (es gibt sogar eine Kasserolle) in absoluter Alleinlage, abends sind max. die Glöckchen der Schafe zu hören.... Ein wahrer Traum!
Ich kann unseren Urlaub in der Villa gar nicht in Worte fassen. Schlecht war eigentlich nur die Waage im unteren Badezimmer.... ;-)
Frau Bilger stand uns (bereits auch vorab) zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, egal ob es tolle, verschriftlichte erste Tipps sind, man doch mal ein Problem während des Aufenthaltes hat, oderoderoder.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!
Die Kommunikation mit Frau Bilger ist außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ihre Wegbeschreibungen und Hausinformationen sind perfekt.
Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass auch ein kleiner Hund nicht weglaufen kann.
Zum Strand Biancareddu Nord (feiner weißer Kies und Felsen, viel Platz, relativ leer) läuft man 15 min+Abstieg (wir haben nur den breiten gefunden, der auch von denen genutzt wird, die von Süden aus kommen und den Parkplatz anfahren, die Trampelpfade waren ziemlich zugewachsen), zur Felsenbucht insgesamt ca. 15 min. Diese ist wildromantisch- bei starker Brandung zum Verweilen und Staunen, bei ruhiger See zum Schnorcheln und Felsenspringen. Badeschuhe empfehlenswert! Wir waren dort fast jedes Mal alleine! Den Traumstrand La Pelosa nördlich von Stintino kann man in 15-20 min mit dem Auto erreichen, muss ihn aber mit sehr vielen Menschen teilen...Ezzi Manu und der Salinenstrand zwischen Pozzo San Nicola und Stintino sind ebenfalls sehr schön und haben reinen Sand. Einen breiten langen Sandstrand mit Dünen findet man auch östlich von Porto Torres, Platamona. Wir haben allerdings meistens die Einsamkeit vorgezogen.
Umgebende Dörfer und Städte mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man zügig und unkompliziert.
Für uns (Eltern, halbwüchsige Kinder) war unser Aufenthalt ein Traumurlaub. Wir träumen schon vom nächsten Jahr!

Die Anreise über PKW war abenteuerlich, aber spannend. :)
Das Haus entsprach genau den Bildern und unserern Vorstellungen von einem Traumurlaub. Zu jeder Tageszeit kann man sich sonnen oder auf eine der vier Terrassen einen Snack zu sich nehmen. In unmittelbarer Nähe (20 Minuten Fußweg) befindet sich eine traumhafte Bucht, in der man auch mit Kindern schwimmen gehen kann. Wer diesen Fußweg nicht antreten will, kann die Bucht mit dem PKW erreichen.
Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet war, es eine Spül- und Waschmaschine gab und die Bäder top renoviert waren.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden in jedem Fall die Villa tre mari besuchen!
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, man hat alles was man braucht.
Es gibt viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten die von dort problemlos zu erreichen sind.
Besonders zu erwähnen ist der wunderschöne Strand in der Nähe.

Lage: Perfekt, abgeschieden mitten in der sardischen Natur, es gibt keine Nachbarn (von Schafen, Eidechsen, Grillen und Ähnlichem mal abgesehen). Es ist absolut ruhig und erholsam. Vom Grundstück hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. (Bis zum Strand läuft man ca. 15 - 20 Minuten). Die Villa steht auf einem Hügel; Zu unserer Zeit wehte immer eine leichte Brise, das Klima empfanden wir als sehr angenehm.
An jeder Seite des Hauses sind Terrassen (mit fantastischer Aussicht), so dass man zu jeder Zeit Sonne und Schatten findet. Sehr praktisch: auf jeder Terrasse stehen Holzmöbel. Der Garten ist riesig, unser Kleinster (5 Jahre), hatte immer etwas zu erforschen. Es gibt einen gemauerten Grill, eine Außendusche. Wir mieten seit fast 20 Jahren Ferienhäuser, dieses hier hatte mit das beste Außengelände und die schönste Umgebung.
Im Inneren hat das Haus drei Schlafzimmer, eine kleine Küche (die räumlich nicht vom Wohnzimmer abgetrennt ist), und ein Bad. Alles ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Hausstrand (Rena Majore) ist fantastisch. Auch in der Hochsaison nicht voll, der Strand ist sauber, das Wasser glasklar, perfekt zum Schnorcheln. Es ist ein Naturstrand, d.h. das übliche Strand-Programm von Strandbar, Bootsverleih bis zum Kokosnuss- und Sonnenbrillenverkäufer gibt es hier nicht. Dafür ist es ruhig und wunderschön. Wer eher das typische italienische Strandleben sucht, findet mehrere größere, und ebenfalls sehr schöne Strände innerhalb von 20 - 30 Autominuten.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin hat sehr gut funktioniert, Fragen wurden prompt und präzise beantwortet. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es gab ein Problem mit der Wasserversorgung, welches sofort behoben wurde.
Eine ganz klare Empfehlung an alle Naturliebhaber, die Ruhe und schöne Strände suchen.
Rund um das Haus gibt es 4 unterschiedliche Terassen mit Tischen, Stühlen und Liegen.
Die Villa liegt in einem großen mediteranen Garten.
Eine Perle!!
Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, es ist aber alles vorhanden. Die Wasserpumpe der hauseigenen Zisterne ist zwar etwas schwach, es reicht aber immer aus. Man ist weg von allem Lärm, einzig die Schafe vom Bauern kann man hören. Ohne Auto (am besten eines mit guter Bodenfreiheit) ist der Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.
