Description
Away from the bustle of large holiday park our house is located in the Holiday Park "Callantsogervaart". The park consists of a total of 9 houses and is quiet.
The house is a detached house with 80 m² living space, the 2 floors are distributed. To enjoy always sun, the house has 2 terraces. For breakfast, you sit on the terrace to the east side and can enjoy the sight of bright flower fields. The terrace to the west side offers a beautiful view of the dunes. Here you can let relaxing end with a glass of wine the day. In our garden shed you will find garden furniture, barbecue, 2 bikes and a clothes dryer.
A private parking is available directly at the house, additional parking there at the entrance of the park.
The ground floor is fully tiled. There, the living / dining room with open kitchen, fully equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots and pans.
The sun-drenched living room is furnished with leather seating. At the large dining table can not only be eaten together, but also be played together with children or friends. A basic board games and books to ensure that entertainment. A new travel cot and travel high chair are available for our youngest guests. For our four-legged guests a dog basket and 2 wells are available. Of course, TV with satellite system, and a radio / stereo system are available.
Furthermore you will find a spacious bathroom with shower, heated floors and toilet downstairs. In a separate room on the ground floor is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. For uniform, individually controlled heat a modern gas central heating with room thermostat ensures. Comforting warmth on cold winter evenings spread the available in-house oven.
The upper floor is completely covered with laminate. In one bedroom there is a double bed, the other two bedrooms are equipped with single beds. The duvets and pillows are suitable for allergy sufferers and are cleaned regularly. All rooms are fully equipped with smoke detectors. A small WC are also on the upper floor. Our house is a Non smoking home and we ask that the ban on smoking in the house. My Pets / their pets are as welcome guests like you. Please let us know in advance, with what and how many pets you intend to arrive.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in a small quiet residence of only 9 houses, approximately 500 meters to the beach entrance, overlooking the dunes. A dog overrunning area is in the immediate vicinity of the house. Here you can meet other dogs and sniff to their hearts content, run and do his business her four-legged friends on a path between two channels.
The shopping center "Dorperweerth" is about 1 km away and is connected to the car for a shopping spree in 5 min., But also good to walk on the walking / cycling and dogs freewheeling path along the golf course to reach. There you will find a large supermarket, a newsagent with German newspapers, also a bakery, butcher, greengrocer, fishmonger and other small shops.
In the center of Julianadorp see another modern shopping center, which also hosts "Aldi". "Lidl" is there compared with the same. Julianadorp belongs to the municipality of Den Helder and has leisure technically much to offer. First there is the North Sea beach, just 500 meters from the holiday park, broad and spacious. Here child and dog can romp. but you will certainly find a quiet spot for sunbathing or can with a cup of coffee met Appeltaart in one of the beach restaurants spoil.
For long walks on the beach, beach jogging or Nordic walking you breathe good sea air and actively do something for your health. The extensive Radewegenetz in Noord Holland invites fertile ground for exploration in the area. Whether you take the "Fietspad" through the dunes, pass by beautiful flower fields or at one of the many flea markets their holiday souvenir for home snag - Julianadorp is an experience in every season. Bad weather days can be bridged choose the nearby swimming pool with slide. Long beach rides can be booked in the holiday park directly the opposing stables. Even boarders are taken by appointment there.
At the golf course, the look of our house, also includes a fun golf course, on everyone his talent can test in this sport. Anyone who has not yet trusts can only try your hand at one of the many miniature golf courses in the area. For an extensive shopping spree invites the center of Den Helder. Another interesting alternative is a visit to the Marine Museum (walk-submarine) and Fort Kijdduin.

Beautiful holiday home with a view of the sea.
Beautiful, well-equipped and very clean holiday home. Nice contact with the landlord and also on site with the Dutch couple. We didn't miss anything. The house is very quiet and the proximity to the beach is ideal. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful, quiet holiday home with garden and terrace in the center of the village.
We lacked nothing. The proximity to the sea, the flower fields, and the off-leash area for dogs is simply great. The nearby residential areas are also very pleasant to look at during a short walk. All shops for daily needs can be reached by car in just a few minutes. There are plenty of historical cities, museums, and other activities that are easily accessible. The local contacts are also very friendly and helpful. The location is beautifully quiet with a view of the dunes.

Nice holiday house in a quiet location
We have spent several vacations in this beautiful house. Everything you need is there. The kitchen is new and well equipped. The washing machine and dryer were worth gold in our case with 3 children ?.
The landlords are very nice and helpful.
The house is located in a quiet area; we could relax there nicely and let the children play around the house. It was another beautiful week that went by too quickly. We would have liked to stay longer and will be happy to come back ?

Let your soul dangle.
During long beach walks with our dog and bicycle tours through the dunes, we could forget about our everyday life. The tulip and daffodil fields along the roads were also beautiful.
We particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen in the house. The beds were comfortable. So we will definitely come back.

Schöner Urlaub
Eine Woche an der Küste
Gibts was Besseres? Nicht dass ich wüsste!
Erholung am Strand und auf dem Fietspad,
dank der Familie Tueffers-Schrey waren die Fahrradreifen nicht platt.

Die perfekte Unterkunft...
...für all diejenigen, die sich ein sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, die Nähe zum Strand und Ruhe um sich herum wünschen. Wir (4 Personen, 1 kleiner Hund) hatten hier Mitte August eine tolle Woche und können das Haus und die Lage nur klar empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Schrey war sehr angenehm und wir bekamen auf jede Nachfrage eine Antwort.
Leider konnten wir den Grill aufgrund des etwas wechselhaften Wetters nicht nutzen, aber das holen wir gerne noch einmal nach... ;-)

Die perfekte Erholung
Wir waren zu viert als Freunde dort und hatten ein super entspanntes, schönes Wochenende. Die Gegend ist einfach wunderschön und das Haus super gemütlich, süß eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Man kann sich dort nur wohl fühlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Julianadorp!
Meine Frau und ich sind auf Empfehlung von Freunden auf diese Wohnung aufmerksam geworden und waren rundum zufrieden! Die Spaziergänge in Julianadorp waren wunderschön und das Haus hatte alles was wir als Selbstversorger brauchten. Fernseher und WLAN sind inklusive, wenn man denn davon gebrauch machen will. Immerhin ist der Ort optimal für eine ruhige Auszeit vom Alltagsstress. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Spitzen Ferienhäuschen in Nähe zum atemberaubenden Strand
Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Julianadorp und dem gemütlichen Häuschen. Sowohl die Stunden am Meer, das fußläufig zu erreichen ist, als auch die Zeit "Zuhause" in dem Ferienhaus waren wundervoll und erholsam. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht, auch wenn man für Mehrere Personen kocht. Die Betten sind bequem und in den Schränken lässt sich allerhand Gepäck verstauen. Die Waschmaschine (+ Trockner) hat es uns ermöglicht ohne schmutzige Wäsche aus dem Urlaub zu kommen. Rundum alles tiptop!

Erholsamer Urlaub
Es waren tolle zwei Wochen in Ihrem Haus. Allerdings finden wir für Erwachsene die zwei einzelen Schlafzimmer zu klein. Aber ansonsten war es sehr schön, besonders wenn abends die Eulen kamen.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Tolles Ferienhaus in toller Lage.
Wir haben uns in Ihrem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was Mensch und Hund brauchen.
Die Lage ist super, Stand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar oder ein ganzes Einkaufszentrum in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto.
Tolle Ausflugsziele wie Texel oder Amsterdam sind in der Nähe.

Haus

Wir waren im Sommer 2018 in diesem schönen Ferienhaus.
Leider habe ich immer vergessen, eine Bewertung abzugeben.
Sehr schöne Lage, der Strand ist einmalig. Wir sind viel mit unserem Hund am Strand gewesen. Auch im Sommer kein Problem.
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Wir kommen gerne mal wieder :-)

Wohlfühlen garantiert
Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist wunderschön nah am Meer (vom Esstisch sieht man auf die Dünen) und ruhig gelegen - trotzdem kann man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Ort (Einkaufszentrum Dörperwerth fußläufig/Aldi und Lidl nach ca. 10 Min. Autofahrt) gut erreichen.
Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen - da wir schon mal Ende Dezember dort waren fanden wir besonders den im Haus befindlichen Kamin ideal um den Tag gemütlich zu beenden.
Das Haus steht in einem kleineren Bungalowpark - also kein Rummel - und wir haben dort nur freundliche, nette Leute kennengelernt. Dies gilt auch für die Gastgeber.
Wir waren nicht zum letztenmal dort.

Toll für Urlaub mit Kind und Hund
Wir haben viele schöne Tage in dem Haus zugebracht auch wenn das Wetter manchmal etwas launisch war. Dafür gab es ja den schönen Ofen, den wir dann auch genutzt haben. Ansonsten war alles gut eingerichtet und vorhanden. Schade, dass man keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher leihen kann - das hätte unser Gepäck reduziert. Dafür war aber dann für unser Kleinkind und den Hund alles da sowohl Kinderbett und Hochstuhl beides gut und auch der Hund fühlte sich im Hundekorb direkt zuhause. Einkaufen ging auch sehr gut - wir haben nichts vermisst und der Strand ist einfach schön.
Wir kommen sicher noch mal wieder.
