Our house is located in the Holiday Park "Callantsogervaart", a small but neat park with only 9 houses and quiet.
The house is a detached house with 75 m² living space over 2 floors and has a modern gas central heating with room thermostat. The Hauptterrase the west side has a glass windshield and a sun awning. Here you sit until late at night, enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine with a charming view of the dunes. The 2nd terrace facing east overlooking flower fields and golf course invites in good weather for outdoor breakfast. The garden house and the garden furniture, barbecue, 4 bicycles and carts.
A private parking is available directly at the house, additional parking there at the entrance of the park.
The house has landline telephone connection (only the actually incurred charges will apply) and Internet (Wi-Fi for free).
The ground floor is fully tiled. There, the living / dining room with open kitchen, fully equipped at home with a gas stove, large fridge / freezer, oven / microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. For staple food (sugar, salt, flour, oil, vinegar and spices) is taken care of.
The sun-filled living room is furnished with comfortable seating (Relax). The large dining table provides ample space not only for food but also for social evenings or games with the children. Of course, TV with satellite receiver, DVD player and radio / stereo system are available.
Furthermore you will find on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with tub, shower and underfloor heating in front and a separate toilet.
Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms (laminate flooring) with double beds and plenty of closet space and a laundry room with toilet (tiled).
Washer and dryer are also at your disposal.
Since we ourselves are Non smoking, you will certainly understand that we ask you also not to smoke in the house.
Pets over we are open, we ask you, however, to keep us beforehand consultation.

Our house is located in a small quiet residence of only 9 houses, approximately 500 meters to the beach entrance, overlooking the dunes.
The shopping center "Dorperweerth" is very close and can be easily reached on foot through the walking / cycling and dogs freewheeling path along the golf course. There you will find a large supermarket, also a bakery, butcher, greengrocer, fishmonger and other small shops.
In the center of Julianadorp see another modern shopping center, which also hosts "Aldi". "Lidl" is there compared with the same. Julianadorp belongs to the municipality of Den Helder and offers. The recreational opportunities are very diverse. First there is the North Sea beach, just 500 meters from the bungalow complex, wide and spacious. Here your children can play, but you will certainly find a quiet spot for sunbathing.
Take long walks on the beach and breathe while the good North Sea air. The Radewegenetz in North Holland is nearly endless. Take the "Fietspad" through the dunes or drive past beautiful flower fields. There is so much to discover.
The nearby swimming pool with slide offers for bad weather days. The stable is in sight to our resort. Here beach rides are offered and taken up also boarders.
At the golf course, the look of our house, also includes a fun golf course, on everyone his talent can test in this sport. There are also several mini-golf courses in the area.

Schönes Ferienhaus in strandnaher Lage
Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in dem gemütlichen, gut eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele unternehmungen.
Wir können es ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ankommem, URLAUB haben, wohlfühlen.
Es fehlt an nichts, Ausstattung ist super.
Die Sauberkeit des Hauses ist gut, außerdem sind die Betten bereits überzogen, was einen direkt entspannen lässt.

Perfekt, immer wieder gerne!
Wir haben das Ferienhaus für 2 Wochen gebucht und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Mit den Rädern kann man tolle Ausflüge unternehmen.
Natur pur.
Wir kommen auf jedenfall noch mal wieder.

Immer wieder gerne!!!!
Wir fahren seit einigen Jahren jedes Jahr in dieses sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtete Ferienhaus. Ob anfangs zu zweit oder inzwischen mit Kind, es ist für uns wie ein zweites Zuhause! Es fehlt uns dort an nichts! Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, man kann sehr gut entspannen, aber nicht zu weit vom Strand entfernt. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen wie Radtouren, Stadtbesichtigungen oder auch einen Ausflug zur Insel Texel. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen...

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung
Es war unser erster Urlaub in " Holland " und eine bessere Auswahl bei der Ferienhaussuche hätten wir nicht treffen können . In diesem Haus stimmt einfach alles !
GASTFREUNDLICHKEIT wird hier nicht nur sehr groß geschrieben , sondern auch so gelebt .
Es gab nichts im Ferienhaus ,was man hätte vermissen können , wirklich toll .
Genau genommen gibt es sogar mehr , als das was in der Beschreibung steht .
Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr modern und sehr gepflegt .
Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und lässt sich auf Grund der endlosen Radwege super erkunden . Wir hatten allerdings unsere eigenen Räder mit .
Der schöne , breite Sandstrand ist unweit vom Ferienhaus und lädt zum Verweilen und Baden oder zu längere Strandspaziergänge ein .
Von uns gibt es für dieses Ferienhaus die Bestnote und die noch mit extra Sternchen .
Auch möchten wir hier zum Abschluss noch die sehr freundlichen Nachbarn Fam. Bakker lobend erwähnen .

Wunderschönes Haus für entspannte Tage
Wir haben dieses Haus zum 9. Male gebucht, weil es ruhig liegt und die Einrichtung immer in Schuss gehalten wird.
Und weil die Entfernungen zum Strand, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Unternehmungen passen.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub
Wir hatten das Ferienhaus für fünf Nächte gebucht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden. Das Wetter spielte auch mit, so dass wir einen tollen Kurzurlaub hatten. Das Ferienhaus können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Um es kurz zu machen: Wir haben uns 14 Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der freundlichen Begrüßung durch Frau Bakker über die ruhige Lage bis zur Ausstattung des Hauses, an der uns nichts gefehlt hat. Schönes Bad, große Schränke und rundherum eine schöne Aussicht. Großes Lob für die Matratzen: Ausnahmsweise hatten wir keine Rückenschmerzen.
Die Rücküberweisung der Kaution hat auch prima geklappt.
Wer uns nach einer Unterkunft in dieser schönen Gegend fragt, dem werden wir das Haus empfehlen.

Ferien mit Erholungs-Garantie
Das Haus liegt nicht in einem der extrem großen Parks. Das hatten wir auch schon, aber wir wollten unbedingt hier mal Urlaub machen. Die Ausstattung und auch die Umgebung sind sehr gut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus
Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus jetzt zum ungefähr 6. Mal gemietet, eigentlich sagt das schon alles über unsere Zufriedenheit aus. Das Haus bot uns zu jeder Jahreszeit eine gute Ausgangsbasis für unsere Unternehmungen:
In den Sommerferien Strandurlaub und Radwanderungen mit den Kindern
Über Weihnachten Strandspaziergänge und Besichtigungen
In den Herbstferien / Osterferien je nach Wetterlage wie oben ...
Zur Ausstattung: Wir können die Beschreibung bestätigen, die Ausstattung ist wirklich hochwertig. Besonders das komfortable Sofa (elektrisch verstellbar!) hat uns fasziniert. Die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen ist relativ eng und steil; für "beweglich Eingeschränkte" vielleicht etwas beschwerlich, ansonsten völlig unproblematisch.
Service: Wir haben das Haus bei unserer Ankunft jeweils sauber vorgefunden; die Endreinigung wird von einer zuverlässigen netten Nachbarin durchgeführt.
Lage: Der "Ferienpark" ist eher eine kleine private Siedlung; den Rummel eines typischen Ferienparks sucht man hier Gottseidank vergebens. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, das Wegstück längs der Straße kein Problem. Zum Einkaufen haben wir fast immer auf das Auto zurückgegriffen; für's Fahrradfahren war es uns meist zu kalt.
Für Silvester 2015 haben wir schon wieder gebucht.
