Built in 1975 and completely renovated in 2013/2014, the house invites you to relax and unwind far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.
The house offers plenty of space for big and small.
The common rooms convince with their open and bright style.
Not only in bad weather can you cook together in the kitchen, sit in front of the fireplace in the living room or sweat in the sauna.
The living room opens onto a large terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake.
The modern furnished bedrooms also face the lake.
There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which can be regulated individually in the room.
The spacious outdoor area invites you to play football, badminton or similar games. Especially for children, the bathing area is laid out with beach sand, from where it is shallow into the water, the bathing area also has a jetty with ladder.
The rentable rowing boat, if necessary with motor, allows beautiful excursions on the water and offers fishing enthusiasts good opportunities to pursue their hobby.

The holiday home is located directly on the lake at the end of a cul-de-sac on Lake Fleesensee in Laschendorf.
The property extends over approx. 6000 sqm with a shore area of approx. 100m.
There are sufficient parking spaces available on the property. In the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District and not far from the climatic health resort Malchow, which impresses with its historic old town, the harbour, the many small shops, cafes and restaurants and invites you to linger
Places like Klink, Malchow, Waren or Untergöhren can be easily reached by bike or by water. The cycling and hiking paths are very well developed.

With 9 adults in the house by the lake
The house was very much liked by our group of 9 young adults. It is very spacious, and the equipment - for example, the two sun loungers - is of high quality. In particular, the kitchen was excellent for preparing large meals for many people. We made good use of the pool table and the direct access to the lake. The access to the lake is deep enough that you can swim soon, and the lake water is clean and clear. The house is slightly secluded, so a car is necessary. In Untergöhren, we jogged to get bread (there is a cart there in the morning). We also recommend a hiking trip to the Müritz National Park and a beach trip to Untergöhren on warm days.

beautiful vacation in solitude
We had a wonderful time in July 2016 at the house by the lake, with a few exceptions:
The kitchen is great and also very well equipped.
The remaining furniture is unfortunately not as high quality as the rental price suggests.
The terrace is huge, but unfortunately there were only chairs, no sun loungers :-(
If you don't like microfiber bed linen, you should bring your own from home.
A toilet on the upper floor would have been nice but you probably can't have everything.

Great house by the lake
We were 8 people from three generations and spent a week at Haus sm See over Pentecost. We had canceled our vacation to Turkey and were now looking for an alternative. Unique house in a great location. Sufficient number of bedrooms for up to 10 people and a huge common area consisting of kitchen, living room, and terrace. The weather was unfortunately not so good, but with the sauna and the pool table, it was still enjoyable. We can recommend the house without reservation. Happy to come back with slightly better weather.

Erholung pur / tolle Umgebung / traumhaftes Haus
Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einen super Haus. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Im Gegenteil wir haben alles ausgekostet: Ruderboot / Grill / Angeln vom Steg / Baden / Saune ;-)
