Description
The house offers 3 separate bedrooms. On the ground floor is the spacious bright living room with corner sofa and TV, radio and dining area for 6 people. From here you can access the spacious sun terrace. From the open living area you enter the fully equipped kitchen. It offers a fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and pad coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toillette and washstand with a large mirror. Next to it is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The living room and the bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating.
Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms with double bed and sitting area. One bedroom is additionally equipped with a TV, the other is furnished as a children's room. You reach the upper floor via a space-saving staircase with handrail.
The house is also equipped with a travel cot, 2 bicycles, sun loungers, garden table and chairs, barbecue, hoover, games and all kitchen utensils.
There are 2 parking spaces for your cars on the property.

Only about 200m from the beautiful Fleesensee, our holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest. The common border to the nature reserve gives an impression of pure peace and nature. The beach can be reached in 2 walking minutes. The surrounding area offers you every opportunity for a varied holiday in, on and around Lake Fleesensee.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a mini-market for your daily needs and an Italian restaurant. On the nearby beach, your children will find plenty of space to play and romp around on the playground. Furthermore, there is a boat landing stage here.

Very nice vacation
The holiday home is very nice, with plenty of space. The location on Lake Fleesensee is great, a short walk and you are at the bathing beach, which also has a small dog beach. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this holiday home.
