The 39 sqm holiday home for 1-4 persons has a bathroom with shower and WC, incl. electric towel warmer, as well as a fully equipped small kitchen with fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen radio and induction cooker, a bedroom for two persons, as well as a living room with satellite TV, WLAN, sofa bed for 1 to 2 persons and cot (optional). In front of the house there is a generously covered terrace with corrugated sheets, garden furniture and a meadow that invites you to sunbathe. A parking space is located next to the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday bungalow is located in a nature reserve on the edge of a forest near the lake in a holiday home settlement. A camping site is attached to the holiday settlement. It is only about 300 m to the bathing beach. A playground and a restaurant with food are about 150 m away. Bread rolls, fresh country eggs, milk, coffee, newspapers, etc. can be bought in a mini-market during the season. Further shopping possibilities are in Malchow (approx. 8 km) or in the district town Waren (approx. 21 km). Here you will find almost all the usual discount grocery stores, pharmacies, doctors, DIY stores, mobile phone shops, clothing stores, etc. Silz is a small (approx. 350 inhabitants), quiet community about 2 km away from Lake Fleesensee, one of the "thousand lakes" of the Mecklenburg Lake District. At the edge of the village there is a settlement of mainly holiday homes, between the forest and Lake Fleesensee.

Bathroom with shower and WC. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen radio and induction cooker. Living room with SAT-TV, sofa bed for 1 to 2 persons and dining area, as well as storage space. Bedroom with double bed. A children's travel cot and a children's high chair can be provided for a one-off charge of 11 euros each. The holiday home was renovated in spring 2018. Linen packages (bed linen, shower towel, towels, flannels) can be booked on request for a one-off charge of 11 euros per person. Weekly change for further 11,- Euro per person is possible. The season runs from mid-June to mid-September. In the high season the minimum stay is 1 night, otherwise 7 nights. As tenants of a holiday flat, we always found it annoying to have to either bring or buy the essentials of life for a few days, so you will find kitchen rolls, dish towels, washing-up liquid, dish sponge, toilet paper and cleaning products in our holiday home.

We felt very comfortable with our grandchildren. The location and the distance to the beach was perfect. The house was well equipped and very clean. We could also make good use of the terrace due to the nice weather.

Super gute ferienunterkunft
Sehr sehr schöne Lage. Super ausgestateter Bungalow . Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Vermieter sind total nett . Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt . Auch für kinder ist es dort sehr schön.

Short holiday July 2022
The bungalow was very well equipped and situated in the middle of an idyllic forest .
The location was very quiet, but also very convenient, as the way to the bath was only about 300m. You felt at home right away because you could talk to other guests and everything was very relaxed. There was a restaurant nearby
The parking space was right next to the bungalow
This place is highly recommended and we will be happy to come back.

House in the green
A super clean holiday home in the bright forest with a great beach (sand) on Fleesensee, which was never crowded during our vacation time.
I encountered a deer while getting bread, schools of fish in the clear water of Fleesensee, unfortunately also an invasion of rape blossom beetles during breakfast on the terrace. Always quick and very friendly assistance from the property manager.
In the bedroom, I missed a wide bed and the high, narrow entry into the shower is something you have to like.
All in all, we were satisfied and enjoyed our time.

Ruhe pur
Wir waren positiv überrascht, auf den Fotos sah das Haus nicht so idyllisch gelegen aus. Aber der Bungalow liegt tatsächlich direkt am Waldrand, 200 m vom Fleesensee, Natur pur. Früh morgens konnte man die Rehe im Wald beobachten, sie standen fast auf unserer Terrasse. Hunderte von Vögeln sind den ganzen Tag am zwitschern und fliegen wild umher, besonders am Schilfgürtel unten am See. So geht Urlaub! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Klein und fein
Kleines schnuckliges Ferienhaus im Bugalowstil. Wir waren zu dritt mit unseren Enkelkind für eine Woche zu Gast. In dieser Woche blieb der Fernseher völlig aus. Es war auch nicht nötig ihn anzuschalten. Wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Endlich Urlaub
Wir waren zum 2ten mal hier....
Einfach ankommen und der Urlaub geht los... in wenigen Schritten zum Strand.. Morgens gleich um die Ecke Brötchen und Zeitung holen....
Der Vermieter/in wohnen gleich nebenan und stehen mit Rat und Tat zu jederzeit zur Verfügung..
Das Haus sehr sauber und für uns ausreichend ausgestattet...

Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Waldrand ,5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Sehr ruhige schöbe Lage, ideal für Ausflüge rund um Mecklenburgsche Seeplatte.
Die Vermieterin ist nett, die Wohnung ist sauber, einfach eingerichtet, man hat fast alles, was man braucht.
Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen geeignet, es sind ein schmales Doppelbett und ein Sofa vorhanden.
Der 5. Schlafplatz gibt es nicht. Die Kochecke ist klein und und ungünstig gelegen . Die 2 Zimmer sind sehr dunkel.

Wir hatten eine angenehme Woche im Ferienhaus der Familie Schwaller.
Die Lage ist ruhig- 5 Gehminuten bis zum See - schöne große überdachte Terrasse und optimal für Ausflüge rund um die Seenplatte & Umgebung.
Ein Plus war für uns - der Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
Ein kleines Minus - aus Platzgründen gibt es keinen Backofen oder Mikrowelle was der

Unser kleiner hatte einen Heidenspaß
Wir waren mit unserem Kleinen zum ersten mal hier untergebracht. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für 2 Wochen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist ruhig, direkt am Waldrand. Der Kinderspielplatz ist nur 150 m weit weg. Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Immer wieder gerne

Small but nice
The house is modernly furnished and optimally laid out. For us as anglers, the location was also great.
You can reach the surrounding lakes easily.
Heavenly peace at night and no noise during the day.
Lake Fleesensee is right outside the front door (200m).

Entspannung pur
Klein aber mit einer Ausstattung die an nichts fehlen lässt. Die nähere Umgebung ist zum ruhigen Verweilen wie geschaffen. Rehe und Karnickel sind tägliche Begleiter. Die örtliche Gastronomie, konkret zwei Gaststätten in Malchow sind besonders zu empfehlen. Zum einen das Lokal "Spiegelei" und zum anderen das Ristorante "Don Camillo".

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Man kann sich
wohlfühlen. Die überdachte Terasse läßt auch Regenschauer gut ertragen. Die Lage des Hauses
ist sehr gut. Ein kurzer Weg zum Strand und ein noch kürzerer zu frischen Brötchen ist recht an-
genehm. Die Lage im Wald garantiert Ruhe. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist vernünftig.
Fazit: Das Ferienhaus ist jederzeit empfehlenswert.

Es hätte nicht schöner sein können
Alles hat gepasst: Bungalow, Umgebung, Wetter.
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier, haben diesmal Güstrow und Neubrandenburg neu entdeckt.

Das ideale Feriendomizil für unseren Sommerurlaub.
Es hat alles gepasst. Die Lage, die Ausstattung und vor allem auch das Wetter. Würden wir in dieser Konstellation sofort wieder buchen. Für unsere Bootstouren war die zentrale Lage in der Mitte der großen Seen ideal. Wer Ruhe, viel Natur und frische Luft mag, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.
