Location: This rustic house with a new pool and boat mooring ( m) is located on a wide canal. The house is decorated in the old style, but very well maintained.
The land area is approximately 500 square meters, the living area approx 100 sqm.
Within the fully enclosed land their car can be parked.

Total: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room with integrated kitchen
Ground floor:
2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (wide x long 1,80, 2 mattresses)
1 bathroom with shower-bath
1 bathroom with shower (also from the pool area on the covered terrace walkable)
1 living room with large dining table, large sofa, satellite TV, etc.
1 kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, oven, large fridge with separate freezer, coffee machine and various small appliances

1 bedroom in the tower with a bed ( x ), suitable for 2 children or 1 adult,

In the off-season, non-holiday times, we submit a reduced price if the object is not used by the full number of people.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are not provided, linen can be rented for a fee of Euro per person and towels for a fee of EUR per person,

Location and surroundings of object
Location: This rustic house with a new pool and boat mooring ( m) is located on a wide canal. In the Bay of Roses, Costa Brava, Spain, at the foot of the Pyrenees, is Empuriabrava, the largest marina in Europe with about 35 km of navigable water channels, right and left villas with private boat mooring directly on the site. Boredom comes in Empuriabrava never !! The restaurant is international and plentiful.
From the Catalan cuisine to domestic stove to find anything there and easily; as well as the shopping for daily as well as special needs. The sport is also extremely rich, from skydiving to karting, from tennis to boats.
If there a little later then, you can visit one of the cozy bodegas (span .: wine bar), or dancing in the disco to party music.
Those looking for romance or even experience, has a wide variety of excursions or cultural events at the other locations of the Costa Brava.

Cancellation terms:
Upon cancellation of the contract, the deposit (1/3 of the rental price) is forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 20 weeks before the start of the rental, the cancellation fee is 60%. 19-16 weeks before the start of the rental, the fee is 70%. 15-14 weeks before, it's 80%. Under 14 weeks before, it's 100%. The landlord is not obligated to look for replacement tenants; however, we will assist where possible.

Most beautiful object in years
Dear Stefanie and Volker and of course dear Evi,
We have been traveling to Empuriabrava for many years, formerly with children and a dog, now just the two of us with a dog ;-) From the booking to the arrival and the stay, there is nothing to complain about. We were able to spend two wonderful weeks in this great, clean house and beautiful property. We didn't miss anything. All rooms are tastefully furnished, a very well-equipped kitchen, two beautiful new bathrooms, bedrooms with very good mattresses for a restful sleep. The huge property with pool and new pergola invites you to relax. The proximity to the beach and the shopping street is perfect. We would like to particularly praise the service of Evi Jesse, from emails to key handover and great service on site, everything is perfect for a relaxing holiday. We wish you many good rentals, hopefully with many nice tenants.

Traumhaus
We have been to this house several times. Nothing is missing! Very spacious, all on one level, fully furnished so that nothing is missing, very quiet due to the cul-de-sac and yet very close to the shops and the beach. On Saturdays, we walk to the market. A beautiful and large property for the children and dogs to romp around, completely enclosed, and the German contact person on site is always there to help! Thank you very much! We will be back next year!!! :-)
