Description

The entire ground floor is rented with living-dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, terraces in front of and behind the house. The first floor is used only by the owners. If this suburb is the ground floor is not rented so that the tenants are always alone on the property.

1 bedroom with double bed x 2 mattresses) with exit to the pool and bathroom en suite
1 bedroom with double bed (1,80 x 1,90 2 mattresses) overlooking the pool and adjoining bathroom

Location and surroundings of object

In the bay of Roses, Costa Brava, Spain, at the foot of the Pyrenees, Empuriabrava, the largest marina in Europe with approximately 35 km of navigable water channels, right and left villas with private boat mooring right on the property. There is never any boredom in Empuriabrava !! The restaurant offer is international and rich.
From the Catalan cuisine to the local stove, everything is there and easy to find; as well as the shopping for daily but also special needs. The sports offer is also very rich, from skydiving to go-kart, from tennis to boat rentals.
When it is a little later, you can visit one of the cozy bodegas (span .: wine bar), or dance to party music in the disco.
If you are looking for romance or adventure, you have a great choice of places to visit or cultural events in the other places of the Costa Brava.

Cancellation terms:

Upon cancellation of the contract, the deposit (1/3 of the rental price) is forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 20 weeks before the start of the rental, the cancellation fee is 60%. 19-16 weeks before the start of the rental, the fee is 70%. 15-14 weeks before, it's 80%. Under 14 weeks before, it's 100%. The landlord is not obligated to look for replacement tenants; however, we will assist where possible.

Awesome!!!

What a lovely house, with an amazing private pool. We really enjoyed it. A very polite lady (Ewamaria) who helps you wherever needed, preferably in German. The city is also great by the canal, and you can easily reach another city by car. We had a really great holiday.

recommend for: adventure and experience, disabled persons, seniors, holiday with children, holiday with pet, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday, romantic holiday
