the 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and air conditioning, 1 with 2 single beds without air conditioning), new kitchen with dining and living room (air conditioning in the living room), the bathroom with shower and toilet and additionally another large guest toilet.
The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The new kitchen is equipped with induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle, etc. equipped. Everything needed for self-catering is available.
In the living room there is a comfortable corner leather couch and a large flat-screen TV. There is also an air conditioner.
From the living-dining room you have direct access to a covered terrace. Here there is also a charcoal grill and another refrigerator (2 appliances that must be cleaned by the tenant).
The newly built beautiful pool with a large terrace invites you to linger.

Location and surroundings of object

In the bay of Roses, Costa Brava, Spain, at the foot of the Pyrenees, lies Empuriabrava, the largest marina in Europe with approx. 35 km of navigable water channels, villas to the right and left with their own boat mooring directly on the property. There is never a dull moment in Empuriabrava!!! The restaurant offer is international and rich.
From Catalan cuisine to home cooking, everything is there and easy to find; as are the shopping facilities for daily but also special needs. The sports offer is also extremely rich, from parachuting to go-karting, from tennis to boat rental.
When it gets a bit late, you can visit one of the cosily furnished bodegas (Spanish: wine taverns) or dance to party music in the disco.
If you are also looking for romance or adventure, there is a wide choice of excursion destinations or cultural events in the other towns on the Costa Brava.

Cancellation terms:

Upon cancellation of the contract, the deposit (1/3 of the rental price) is forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 20 weeks before the start of the rental, the cancellation fee is 60%. 19-16 weeks before the start of the rental, the fee is 70%. 15-14 weeks before, it's 80%. Under 14 weeks before, it's 100%. The landlord is not obligated to look for replacement tenants; however, we will assist where possible.
