Great holiday apartment for 2 persons, which leaves nothing to be desired.
On the ground floor of a semi-detached house in a quiet central location, about 400m to the beach, about 200m to the boulevard, about 100m to the 1st landing port on the wide channel, is this holiday apartment.
The beautifully landscaped garden with pool 8x4m and solar outdoor shower as well as a pool lighting provides a romantic atmosphere and all this is at your disposal.
There is plenty of garden furniture, a barbecue and sunbeds by the pool.
The holiday apartment with its approx. 38m2 leaves nothing to be desired, the bedroom with double bed and air conditioning provides pleasant coolness in the hot summer months. It is also possible to put a cot in the bedroom in a size of 0,70x1,40m.
Enjoy the direct access from the living area to the pool. The modern and fully equipped kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, 3-plate ceramic hob, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer, toaster and coffee maker
The living area with comfortable upholstered furniture, flat screen and satellite TV, dining area for 2-3 people.
The car parking space is directly behind the house in the closed yard area.
In the storage room are washing machine and dryer, here you can also park 2 bicycles or a stroller.
A pet is always welcome the final cleaning is increased by 30 €

Perfect accommodation in Empuriabrava for two people!
We spent two wonderful weeks in this studio in the Requesens area of Empuriabrava. The accommodation is clean and modernly furnished. The bedroom is surprisingly large.
We particularly liked the fact that the entire garden area with its own pool can be used. The location in Requesens is ideal - you can walk to the beach in a few minutes.
See you next year! We are looking forward to it.
