The flat is lovingly furnished in a maritime style. It consists of a combined living room and bedroom with kitchenette and is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a sitting area with LCD TV Blue Ray DVD player and a separate dining area. The large double bed is equipped with high-quality cold foam mattresses.

Location and surroundings of object
The 31 sqm holiday flat is centrally located in the nature reserve, directly behind the dunes and close to the centre of the village. It is only a 100m walk to the beach. You can hear the sea. In the village you will find all shopping facilities and numerous gastronomic establishments, which offer something for every taste
Warnemünde, on the old river, with its lighthouse and tea kettle, the oceanography museum with the newly opened Ozeaneum in Stralsund, the amber museum and the Bodden thermal baths in Ribnitz Damgarten with a 25m sports pool, a wave pool, diving tower, slide and sauna paradise, as well as the Hanseatic city of Rostock with its overseas port, are all very worthwhile excursion destinations. Germany's largest farmers' market in Rövershagen invites you to stroll and have a drink. From Zingst, day trips can be made by bus to Swinemünde and Stettin or you can take the ferry from Rostock to Malmö, Copenhagen or Mön. Dierhagen is a holiday destination that offers you an unmistakable landscape and a variety of possibilities for a relaxing holiday with its charming location between the Bodden and the sea, with its white fine sandy beach, with its unspoilt nature of the national park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft", with the quiet beauty of the Bodden waters and the eternally impressive image of the Blue Sea. You are in the middle of a well-developed network of cycling paths
Take walks and hikes through the national park. Discover the breathtaking natural landscape on foot. The Dierhagen harbours are located on the Bodden side. The larger of the two, with its 54 berths, offers leisure captains every comfort. From the Dierhagen harbour you can take the excursion steamer to Wustrow or Ribnitz or sail on the Zeesen boat "Hanne Nüte".
The spa park is regularly used for concert performances during the summer months.

Beautiful, clean apartment with a great balcony - currently heavily impacted by the construction work on site.

• Very clean and well-maintained condition
• High-quality furnishings, especially the kitchen appliances
• Central location with short distances to the beach as well as to restaurants and kiosks
• Basically well-suited for one to two people
• Nice, well-furnished balcony with very comfortable chairs
• Negotiable and accommodating landlord upon request

• Room noticeably fuller than in the pictures (additional dining table with chairs at the foot of the bed)
• Refrigerator positioned directly next to the head of the bed
• Noticeable frying smells in the evening from the opposite schnitzel house
• Laundry package for €25 not of appropriate quality as it is clearly worn
• Currently significant noise pollution from offshore construction activities on site, even on weekends and during off-peak hours (balcony hardly usable, noise audible even with closed windows)
Conclusion:
Solid, clean, and well-equipped apartment with a nice balcony, currently, however, with significant limitations due to the situation on site. Prior information about possible construction activities is recommended.

Vielen Dank, es freut mich, das Ihnen die Wohnung gut gefallen hat.
Bezugnehmend auf den "vollen Raum" ist zu sagen, das die Wohnung ein 1 Zimmer Appartement mit einer Größe von 31 Quadratmetern ist (siehe Beschreibung und Bilder).
Daher ergibt sich natürlich eine gewisse Raumaufteilung.
Über Baumaßnahmen vor Ort werden wir nicht informiert, daher war eine vorherige Information nicht möglich, das wurde auch so kommuniziert. Ich habe diesbezüglich sofort Rücksprache mit der Kurverwaltung gehalten. Die Arbeiten finden in der Ernst Moritz Arndt Strasse, ca 400m vom Badesteig entfernt statt. Die Kurverwaltung hat mir mitgeteilt, das die Firma sich an alle gesetzlichen Vorgaben bezüglich Lärm und Ruhezeiten hält und es zu keinen erhöhten Lärmbelästigungen kommt.
Aktuell gibt es bei der Kurverwaltung keine Beschwerden über die Baumaßnahmen bzw. Lärm, Nachfragen bei der Kurverwaltung erwünscht.
Zufriedene Gäste sind uns natürlich wichtig, und berechtigte Kritik wird sehr ernst genommen.
Eine Erstattung von 20% wurde veranlasst.

Very nice flat with a lot of attention to detail
We felt very comfortable here. Very nice furnishings. The one-bedroom flat is very nice. There is nothing to complain about.

A week for two
A cosy 1-room flat. Very clean, well equipped and right on the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance.
The dune forest invites you to take a restful breath. And the beach is just a few metres away.
It was pure relaxation.
The handling and service was absolutely smooth.
