Description
Our holiday flat App. 30/222 "Dünenperle" is located on the ground floor, has a size of approx. 63 m², and consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom, bathroom and a sunny terrace facing south.
Between the bedroom and the bathroom there is a dressing room as a "walk-in wardrobe". The standard occupancy is for two people, although the flat is suitable for up to 4 people due to the comfortable extra bed option in the living room (sofa bed with mattress and slatted frame).
The flat offers internet access via WLAN. For your entertainment we have provided some DVDs and books
There is a free parking space for your car in the underground garage.
In 2022 we have extensively renewed the furniture, laid new flooring, equipped the beds with comfort mattresses and installed a 50" LVD TV. From 2023, pets are also welcome in our flat for an additional fee.

Location and surroundings of object
Built in 1996 in the style of Binz spa architecture, the spacious and car-free holiday complex is located on the northern edge of Binz towards Prora. It is only a 200 m walk to the fine sandy beach of Prorer Wiek. Here you can choose between a dog beach, a nudist beach and a textile beach, as all 3 beach accesses are about the same distance from the dune park. You can quickly reach the centre at the pier with the Binz Bäderbahn or the local bus (free of charge with a spa card). The green area is equipped with a barbecue area, chess fields, table tennis tables and playgrounds.

Im Falle Ihres Rücktrittes können wir pauschalierte Rücktrittsgebühren verlangen, bei denen wir ersparte Aufwendungen sowie eine soweit möglich anderweitige Belegung des Objektes berücksichtigt haben. Bei Rücktritt des Kunden gelten folgende Bedingungen: · Bei einem Rücktritt bis zum 61. Tag vor Belegungsbeginn 50,- Euro. · Bei einem Rücktritt vom 60. bis zum 35. Tag vor Belegungsbeginn 50% des Übernachtungspreises. · Bei einem Rücktritt vom 34. Tag bis zu Tag vor Belegungsbeginn 80% des Übernachtungspreises. · Bei Nichtanreise bzw. Stornierung nach Reisebeginn werden 90% des Übernachtungspreises fällig bzw. kann nicht zurückerstattet werden. 6.2. Gelingt es uns, dass Objekt bei einem Rücktritt ab dem 60.Tag vor Belegungsbeginn anderweitig zu belegen, so beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 70,- EUR. 6.3. Ihnen wird die Möglichkeit gegeben, uns nachzuweisen, dass ein Schaden entweder gar nicht oder in geringerer Höhe entstanden ist.

Schöner Herbst Urlaub
Es war sehr schön und die wohnung ist auch sehr schön. Keine 5 min ist man am strand. Man kann viel ohne auto machen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man brauch, Lage ist sehr gut, Anlage ist vorallem auch für Kinder schön, da überall Spielplätze sind. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Super nice apartment
The apartment, cleanliness, and equipment of the apartment are simply great. The contact with the landlord is also really great. For us personally, Prora was unfortunately a bit too far from the connection to Binz. And carrying the luggage from the garage to the apartments is quite tough. Actually, the price is really justified for the apartment, but still very high. But the apartment and the complex are simply amazing. Would definitely recommend it. And the beach is really only 200 m away.
