Our 4 exclusive holiday flats are located in the beautiful complex "Dünenpark****" directly on the beach of Binz. The flats are modern and stylishly furnished and are constantly being renovated
Our three 64m2 2-room flats have a living room, separate bedroom with additional dressing room, fully equipped kitchenette with dining seating area and a bathroom tiled in Italian granite
Our 49-m2 1-room flat on the ground floor has an integrated sleeping area and no dressing room
Each flat has a furnished balcony/terrace and a chargeable parking space (3,00EUR/day).

| The rental price per object per day applies to an occupancy of 2 persons. For the 3rd and 4th person an extra bed of 12,- € per day will be charged. For children up to the age of 5, however, only 6,-€ per day will be charged. |
Cancellation terms:
If a government-imposed `corona-related rental ban` should be in place again during the booked travel period, the booking will be `automatically and free of charge` cancelled!!! Otherwise, the cancellation terms will apply according to the business conditions listed in the booking confirmation!

Provision of children's travel cot and high chair are included
Car parking space 3,00 € per day

Arrival with pet: according to prior arrangement, then with increase of final cleaning costs (to be forwarded to the contracted cleaning company) by 20,00 € -40,00 €/ once depending on the size of the dog.

Holiday apartment at Binzer Strand for 2 people.
The beds were unfortunately not optimal, the mattresses shifted with every movement or even separated, the bicycles also need to be replaced as they couldn't ride longer distances due to the very porous tires. Otherwise, it was a relaxing vacation, and we would come back to Dünenpark at any time.
