Holiday with 5-star comfort! This cosy thatched house with 100 m² for up to 5 people is located close to the beach on the Black Bush. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with underfloor heating and an open granite kitchen with counter, a beautiful dining area, a bathroom with shower/WC, a utility room with washing machine and a large terrace with garden furniture, beach chair and deck chairs. There is a play structure in the garden for your children. The open-plan kitchen offers you all the necessary amenities such as fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, induction hob and microwave. Upstairs you will find 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is a large bathroom on the upper floor with shower, bathtub, washbasin and WC. A travel cot and high chair are available for our younger guests. The Achterhus has a fibre-optic connection with freely accessible internet/WLAN. Parking space in the carport for 1-2 cars. Further information can be found on our homepage. From the 5th person a surcharge of 8 € per night will be charged. During the high season bookings only for at least 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.

Location and surroundings of object
The thatched house is centrally located in a play street in the Schwarzer Busch district. The distance to the beach is approx. 150 m, the distance to the small beach shop approx. 100 m.
You can do your larger shopping in Kirchdorf (1.5 km away). The Schwarze Busch is the oldest and perhaps most beautiful bathing beach on the island of Poel. The shallow water is ideal for families with children.
The spa promenade invites you to stroll and play. A miniature golf course offers fun for young and old. You can get bread rolls and a newspaper for breakfast in the village.

Cancellation terms:
A necessary cancellation of the trip, interruption, or reduction of the travel duration must be communicated to the landlord in writing. At the time of booking, the tenant is advised to take out trip cancellation insurance. The landlord is entitled to compensation according to the following scale: Time period Compensation claim Up to 91 days before the start of the trip Deposit 90 to 61 days before the start of the trip 25% of the rental price 60 to 35 days before the start of the trip 50% of the rental price 34 to 11 days before the start of the trip 80% of the rental price 10 days to 1 day before the start of the rental or in case of no-show 95% of the travel price If the tenant provides a substitute tenant for the agreed period under the same conditions, a rebooking fee of 10% of the rental price but at least 50.00€ is due. In this case, the cancellation or processing fee will be calculated against the amounts already paid. If a tenant cancels personally without providing a substitute, the deposit will be retained or at least a 50€ processing fee will be charged. Free cancellation is only possible during a rental or travel ban. For new bookings, guests can only cancel for free if the current travel period falls into a danger situation, the federal government prohibits travel, or rental bans are in place. The landlord may terminate the contract without notice after the start of the rental period if the tenant continues to disturb other tenants despite a warning, or if he behaves in a manner that contravenes the contract to such an extent that the immediate termination of the contract is justified. If the landlord terminates the contract for a valid reason, he is entitled to the rental price minus half of the rent for the remaining rental period. The Poeler Guest and Vacation House Service ensures due diligence in travel preparation, the accuracy of the service description, and the proper provision of contracted travel services.
