Welcome to Villa D&V, a modern and luxurious oasis not far from Pula, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and proximity to the beach for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. This elegant villa provides ample space for up to ten people in five spacious bedrooms, four of which are furnished with large double beds and one with two single beds. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and an open-space dining area, as well as three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and access to two terraces. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, as well as a covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture, ideal for enjoying wonderful summer mornings and picturesque sunsets in the evening. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV. The outdoor area of the villa impresses with a large private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and an imposing old olive tree. Next to the pool is a large, modern outdoor kitchen with a spacious dining table, created for sociable evenings in the fresh air. The location of the villa is ideal, as it perfectly combines a peaceful atmosphere with proximity to all amenities. The beautiful pebble beach in Štinjan is only three and a half kilometers away, while you are just a few minutes by car from the vibrant center of Pula, the ancient Arena, and numerous restaurants. Also in the immediate vicinity is the charming town of Fažana, the starting point for boat trips to Brijuni National Park. Guests have access to free private parking on the property for several cars as well as a table tennis table, and in the surrounding area there are also rentable outdoor tennis courts and a small football field.

Just a few minutes by car from the villa lies the vibrant center of Pula, where you can explore world-famous ancient sights such as the impressive Roman amphitheater (the Arena), the Temple of Augustus, and atmospheric historic squares. The city also offers a variety of excellent restaurants, traditional konobas, cafés, and shopping opportunities.
For beach lovers, the location is also ideal: the beautiful, crystal-clear waters and the popular pebble beaches of Štinjan are just a few minutes away by car (approx. 3.5 km). At the same time, the charming coastal town of Fažana is close by. Fažana is not only known for its cozy waterfront promenade and excellent fish restaurants, but also serves as the main port for boat trips to the breathtaking Brijuni National Park – an absolute natural must-see for every visitor.
