Villa Elite 1 is a modern villa in Pula near the sea with its own pool. The villa accommodates up to eight people in four bedrooms. It is a semi-detached house and shares a wall with its sister villa Elite 2. Both villas, Elite 1 and Elite 2, share the fully fenced garden, but each villa is a self-contained holiday home and has its own swimming pool, terrace, and two parking spaces. Elite 1 is located in the front garden area. There is a private pool and sun loungers in the garden. So make use of them and swim to refresh yourself during the day, then relax on the sun loungers afterwards. Enjoy the sun for the perfect tan with a cold drink in your hand. Use the barbecue in the garden to prepare fantastic meals, which you can then enjoy with your family and friends in the covered outdoor dining area. Behind the house there is a children's playground, which is in the shade during the day and where your children can play safely. The villa has a spacious, bright, and airy ground floor with living room, dining area, and kitchen. An additional bathroom is also available here. The living area offers all guests ample space to enjoy their time together, for example by watching your favorite sports team during an important game on TV or singing along to your favorite hits on the karaoke machine as an entertaining activity. On the first floor of the villa there are four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a large terrace – the perfect place for the first cup of coffee or tea in the morning while the sun rises over the region. Villa Elite 1 is located on the outskirts of Pula, so you can easily walk to the nearby beach or explore many of the city's ancient sights. Pula offers a rich gastronomic scene. If you are a gourmet, you have many restaurants to choose from.

Fazana is a popular holiday destination with many beaches, restaurants, beach bars and the evening beach promenade.
The popular Brijuni island can be reached by boat from the nearby harbour (departure every 15 minutes).
The first beach Puntizela- Hidrobaza fine pebble is 1,5km away.
