Villa Nina is situated on a vast estate of 1600 sqm. The villa itself has 220 sqm and can accommodate 10 people. It consists of a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Dining room includes a table for 8 people, and there is a large living room with leather sofas and couches. From the living room you have a view of the terrace and pool.
On a 1000 sqm garden, besides the pool and sunbath, there is a children's playground and swing, and the whole area is surrounded by a high hedge to give you maximum privacy and comfort.
There are 4 bedrooms available, of which master bedroom for two has an en-suit bathroom. Two rooms have a double bed and the fourth room is a children's, and have two single beds. There is also a crib for babies in the children's room. There are two additional bathrooms in the house.
To make your stay as hedonistic and healthier as possible you also have an outdoor kitchen with bbq and dining table, but also a gym. For others there are games like table tennis, mini-football and darts. And also two bikes in the garage for those with more adventurous spirit!

Under the term measure, it is considered that persons who have been vaccinated must also be in quarantine (self-isolation) for a certain period of time, when entering Croatia or returning to their home country. Refund also applies in the event that a guest becomes infected with the COVID-19 virus 7 or less days before the arrival date. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can only use on the Istra Vacation website for reservation in the future time period, and no later than 2 years. The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount of money that the guest paid to confirm the reservation for which he has now been granted a refund. If the traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges the full price of the reservation. For every cancellation of the reservation “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges 15 EUR of administrative expenses. You must send cancellations directly by email to .
