The villa has 220 m2 and is ideal for up to 10 guests.
It has a fully fenced yard of 1,000 m2 with children's playground surrounded by tall trees and remote control gates to protect the privacy of guests.

The villa consists of a large dining and living room, a room with 1 double bed, a sofa bed + bathroom (en-suite), a room with a double bed + a single bed 90x200, a room with a double bed, children's room has 2 single beds 90x200 (pull-out bed ), Cot; 2 bathrooms more, washing machine, dishwasher, Internet (free WiFi), 2 large LCD TVs, DVD, satellite TV.

From the kitchen there is direct access to the barbecue terrace with gas grill with large table for 10 people.
On the ground floor, free access to the gym, table tennis, mini football, 2 bikes and dartboard.
