Villa V&D is located in an excellent position in Pula, just a few minutes by car from the famous Arena of Pula, while the nearest beaches are about 3 km away. Shops, restaurants, cafés, and numerous other facilities for a pleasant and carefree holiday are in the immediate vicinity.

The villa consists of two separate residential units, which are rented exclusively together, making it the ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends. The villa accommodates up to 8+1 people, with one additional person able to sleep on the sofa bed.

The interior is modern and elegantly designed, with special attention to comfort and quality. The bright and spacious rooms are furnished with high-quality furniture, carefully selected details, and all amenities for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, as well as two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The upper floor has an identical layout. In total, the villa offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and television.

The outdoor area was designed for maximum relaxation and convivial hours. Guests have access to a private pool with hydromassage and waterfall, sun loungers, a covered outdoor dining area, a summer kitchen, and a high-quality gas grill. The youngest guests can enjoy the playground with swings and a slide. Within the fenced property, 3 to 4 private parking spaces are also available. Villa V&D offers the perfect combination of comfort and an excellent location and is the ideal starting point for discovering Pula and the beautiful beaches of Istria.

The villa is situated in a quieter, residential outskirts of Pula, allowing quick access both to the center and towards the surrounding beaches and exhibition venues.

Pula Arena (Amphitheater): approx. 3.4 kilometers (approx.) 5 to 10 minutes by car)

City center / Old Town of Pula: approx. 2.5 to 3 kilometers. Sights such as the Arch of the Sergii or the Temple of Augustus are quickly accessible.

The coast and beaches (e.g. in the direction of Štinjan or Fazana) are about 2 kilometers away.

Pula Airport (PUY), approx. 6 kilometers (about 10 to 15 minutes by car away).

Due to its convenient location near the main traffic routes, the villa is an ideal starting point for exploring all of Istria. The town of Fažana (departure point for boats to Brijuni National Park) is also only a few minutes away by car.

On the completely fenced property, guests generally have 3 to 4 private parking spaces at their disposal. A car is recommended in order to flexibly reach the beaches, shopping facilities, and restaurants in the area.
