All windows and doors in the building are double-glazed, and no expense was spared in the construction of this apartment.

The living room, with its sofa area (sofa bed with slatted base and spring mattress), flat-screen TV, and separate dining area, invites you to enjoy the crackling fireplace on cooler evenings. In the summer months, the balcony is ideal for enjoying a leisurely breakfast or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening sun.

The two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, feature modern, high-quality air conditioning (heating/cooling) and a flat-screen TV. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the other promises a restful sleep with two single beds (80 x 200 cm, which can be pushed together to form another double bed upon request).

The bathrooms have a shower, a toilet, and custom-made vanities crafted by a cabinetmaker, with countertops made of Mallorcan natural stone. One of the bathrooms also features a whirlpool bathtub with jets, air, and color-changing lighting.

The bright, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, and much more. It also has access to a small balcony (with a washing machine) that serves as a utility room.
