The unit is located on the upper floor of a beautiful complex with community pool which includes a shallow children's area. Sunbeds and parasols are available in sufficient numbers. All windows and doors in the object are provided with a double glazing and also otherwise were not saved with the development of this housing unit.
The living room with sofa corner (sofa bed with slatted frame and spring core), Flat TV and a separate dining area invites you to enjoy the crackling fireplace during cooler evenings. During the summer months, the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a cosy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening sun.
The 2 bedrooms both of which have a bathroom en suite include a modern and high quality air conditioning (hot/cold) as well as a flat screen TV. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 meters) and the other bedroom promises relaxing dreams in two single beds (80x200 meters which can be pushed together as another double bed if desired).
In the bathrooms there is a shower, a WC and washbasins made by the carpenter with a washbasin top made of Mallorcan natural stone. In addition, one of the bathrooms has a whirlpool bathtub with whirlpool, air and colored light changer.
The kitchen is bright, modern and equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, etc. and has access to another small balcony (with washing machine) which is used as a utility room.
Everything was really thought of here to create a place where you can really enjoy. An exclusive living pleasure with Spanish flair, which is simply perfect due to the central location of the apartment.

Not even 20 meters from the property you will find a supermarket and several restaurants, ´Cafes and bars. Here, one can really choose where to have breakfast in the morning or where to enjoy the freshly caught fish or the delicious piece of meat from the grill in the evening.
The harbour, where the centre of the village is located, as also the beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot so that one really does not need a car here. The diving bay can be reached in approx. 400 meters distance and here you can also enjoy swimming in the sea early in the morning.

Expectations not fulfilled
Full of anticipation, we went to Mallorca for the 60th. We were looking forward to a "luxurious" apartment with a fireplace in case it got chilly in the evening. One thing in advance, nobody can do anything for this extremely cold weather, 1 week with 12grd. and zero sun, but every day storm. Unfortunately it was a big challenge to get firewood and an even bigger challenge to light the fireplace, after 2 hours the fire was finally burning. However, there was not much warmth, because the walls had cooled down. The flat is very dark, especially the living room, because the sun can't get into it. Yes, the flat is centrally located, which is what the stars are for, but it is also right next to the roundabout. You can hear every car, especially when it drives over the rain gutter, it rattles all the time. It's hard to imagine what it's like in the summer when the traffic gets heavier. This also makes the balcony uninviting. The trees in front of it take away some of the noise, but also all the daylight. If you look out of the living room or bedroom, you can see the rubbish containers. They are filled at all times, especially with glass, which is not noiseless. At night, the containers are emptied every two days, not for people with a bad night's sleep.
It would be desirable if the cleaning fairy would check if people have left everything well. The ashes were still in the fireplace, the box of dishwasher tabs was empty in the cupboard, no hand towel or tea towel.... For the price of the flat, you really expect more.
Maybe they could put towel holders in the bathroom so you can hang something up.
Otherwise, the flat is really centrally located, you can quickly get to the supermarket or the restaurant.
