The lovely residential complex offers a spectacular shared chlorine pool measuring 17 x 3 metres, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.9 metres. The adjacent children’s area measures 3 x 2 metres and is 0.5 metres deep. After returning from the beach, you can cool off in the pool and then relax on the apartment’s private terrace. On the other side of the house, you will also find a porch, ideal for enjoying a drink at sunset.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, and from the terrace you have direct access to the shared pool. The interior offers bright and cosy spaces such as the living dining kitchen -with AC- where you can watch TV with satellite channels and cook on the ceramic hob. The washing machine is in the kitchen and you will also find an iron and ironing board. In the accommodation, you can rest in 2 bedrooms (both with a fan), one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment. And if you travel with your baby we can provide a cot and a high chair.

Cala Ratjada is a great tourist destination within the island of Mallorca. It offers all the needed services for an independent stay in addition to a beautiful white sandy beach, Cala Agulla, although there are other beautiful beaches in the area such as Cala Mesquida or Cala Torta. The area has a great nightlife and you can visit nearby monuments such as the the Caves of Artà or the Capdepera Castle. Golf lovers will be able to enjoy their favourite sport on the Capdepera Golf course, which is just 7.7 km away.

Pool opening hours: from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Please, do not disturb between 1 and 3 pm. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. The pool was calm and very comfortable, you can park right next to it and it’s close to coves and the beach. The owner is very kind and welcomed us with a delicious cake.

Absolutely recommended! Great location, quiet and yet everything is reachable around the corner! Numerous restaurants, shops, and a supermarket nearby, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, very friendly and attentive contact with the landlord, drinks and ice were offered as a welcome, the complex and the apartment are very well maintained, the apartment leaves nothing to be desired.

Fantastic apartment with all luxury, we felt very comfortable there! Two beautiful bedrooms, a modern bathroom, living and dining room combined, everything furnished with love and with attention to detail. There were books, DVDs, and games in German and English, different genres for rainy days, the huge pool right on the back terrace. The front terrace is covered, allowing you to sit outside even in bad weather. The kitchen is fully equipped and more. The entire facility is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and has a very friendly atmosphere. The landlady is charming! And the organization team is very helpful and quickly reachable by phone. Overall a wonderful stay! We will definitely come back.
