LOVE WITH THE WHEEL TO THE BEACH, AS WITH THE CAR TO JOB !!!!!
The finca "un torzo de Mallorca" is absolutely close to the beach and therefore has one of the best locations. Beaches are in the immediate vicinity, especially the "Sa Font de sa Cala" trampoline. There you can also go shopping and there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. If you need more infrastructure, you will find it in the neighboring Cala Ratjada.

The Finca "Un trozo de Mallorca" is one of those finca, which we would like to multiply, because objects like this are simply rare. On the one hand it is a real natural stonefinca in solitary position, on the other hand the beach and the sea are only a few meters air line from the house. At the same time, this is not an urbanization or a fishing village, no, the finca really is on an undeveloped coastal section in the east of Majorca. Here you will find a beautifully beautiful coastscape of flat rocks, which is everywhere with small sand and pebble beaches. These ministries are often less crowded even in the high season. Imagine this: a small, romantic finca in a situation that makes it possible to chill out in the evenings at the "quasi-private beach" and the day review. Alternatively you can also spend on the property surrounding the house nice evening hours. On 3,000 m² area you can find nice terraces and gravel surfaces, which invite you to linger with leisure. A glass of wine will surely taste on the pretty dining table under the terrace roof, as well as in the morning certainly the breakfast, which one enjoyed the view of the garden. On the other hand, an attractive spot on the day: the slightly elevated terrace, on which one finds with comfortable couches the ideal underlay for extended hours of sunshine.

This holiday house is a stone property in a location where today no building permit would be given. The owner has completely restored the old building in loving detail and created a modern holiday domicile near the sea. Bright walls, classic terracotta tiles and exposed beams, complemented by tasteful furnishings and harmoniously arranged decoration create an authentic mallorquine feel-good atmosphere, where it is easy to get down and down. The house itself offers on its 80 m² among other things two spacious double bedroom. Even if this object is especially aimed at couples who want to spend a romantic holiday for two, it can also be booked by a family of up to four people. In addition, the cozy cottage offers a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living and dining area. If you want to arrive in the cooler months of winter, the fireplace provides for a cozy warmth in the house - and after a fulfilling holiday from the sofa look into the crackling flames, is a relaxing moment of a special kind.

As already clearly indicated, this finca scores among other things by its close to the beach location. About 1 km away you will find the fine sandy bay "Sa Font de sa Cala". It forms a small tourist center with a good dozen bars and restaurants that have settled around the beach. There are also two smaller supermarkets with everything that is important for everyday needs. If you need more infrastructure, simply go to the neighboring Cala Ratjada with its lively beach and harbor promenade. Nearby there are also several golf courses, especially the "Capdepera Golf".

Cancellation terms:

  • You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
