Description
Our house is located in the Holiday Park "Callantsogervaart", a small but neat park with only 9 houses and quiet.
The house is a detached house with 75 m² living space over 2 floors and has a modern gas central heating with room thermostat. The Hauptterrase the west side has a glass windshield and a sun awning. Here you sit until late at night, enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine with a charming view of the dunes. The 2nd terrace facing east overlooking flower fields and golf course invites in good weather for outdoor breakfast. The garden house and the garden furniture, barbecue, 4 bicycles and carts.
A private parking is available directly at the house, additional parking there at the entrance of the park.
The house has landline telephone connection (only the actually incurred charges will apply) and Internet (Wi-Fi for free).
The ground floor is fully tiled. There, the living / dining room with open kitchen, fully equipped at home with a gas stove, large fridge / freezer, oven / microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. For staple food (sugar, salt, flour, oil, vinegar and spices) is taken care of.
The sun-filled living room is furnished with comfortable seating (Relax). The large dining table provides ample space not only for food but also for social evenings or games with the children. Of course, TV with satellite receiver, DVD player and radio / stereo system are available.
Furthermore you will find on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with tub, shower and underfloor heating in front and a separate toilet.
Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms (laminate flooring) with double beds and plenty of closet space and a laundry room with toilet (tiled).
Washer and dryer are also at your disposal.
Since we ourselves are Non smoking, you will certainly understand that we ask you also not to smoke in the house.
Pets over we are open, we ask you, however, to keep us beforehand consultation.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in a small quiet residence of only 9 houses, approximately 500 meters to the beach entrance, overlooking the dunes.
The shopping center "Dorperweerth" is very close and can be easily reached on foot through the walking / cycling and dogs freewheeling path along the golf course. There you will find a large supermarket, also a bakery, butcher, greengrocer, fishmonger and other small shops.
In the center of Julianadorp see another modern shopping center, which also hosts "Aldi". "Lidl" is there compared with the same. Julianadorp belongs to the municipality of Den Helder and offers. The recreational opportunities are very diverse. First there is the North Sea beach, just 500 meters from the bungalow complex, wide and spacious. Here your children can play, but you will certainly find a quiet spot for sunbathing.
Take long walks on the beach and breathe while the good North Sea air. The Radewegenetz in North Holland is nearly endless. Take the "Fietspad" through the dunes or drive past beautiful flower fields. There is so much to discover.
The nearby swimming pool with slide offers for bad weather days. The stable is in sight to our resort. Here beach rides are offered and taken up also boarders.
At the golf course, the look of our house, also includes a fun golf course, on everyone his talent can test in this sport. There are also several mini-golf courses in the area.
There are many places that you might consider, unfortunately enough for a holiday is often not:
Den Helder with the Marine Museum and Fort Kijdduin
Texel - by ferry from Den Helder in 30 minutes
Alkmaar with its famous cheese market
Amsterdam - train from Den Helder about one hour

Beautiful week in a well-maintained holiday home
We have been to Holland many times and have always had nice accommodations. However, I must say that this holiday home is particularly well-equipped and well-maintained. The kitchen is very modern and nothing is missing. The refrigerator is large enough for a family's supplies. The open living room is cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there is a large wardrobe in the bedroom with the double bed. The other room is also very nice, equipped with 2 beds and a wardrobe. Overall, the whole house is very lovingly decorated, so that you feel at home right away. 2 separate toilets and a large bathroom are also available. It is also worth mentioning that many needed items such as toilet paper, spices, flour, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, etc., as well as coffee capsules and much more are already available. This way, you don't have to bring so much and can refill the supplies after use.
When we were there, it was very quiet, as there are only a few houses. The property managers lived right next to us and are very nice and always approachable.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, but you have to walk along a section of a road without a sidewalk, as the bike path is separated from the road by a water canal. Either you walk back along the road to a bridge and then over the bike path or along the road. It didn't bother us.
It's also not far for shopping. Either use the small shopping center located nearby or drive to Julianadorp. There are enough supermarkets there.
We can recommend this house without reservation. The price is also completely okay, as there are many more expensive houses that are not as well equipped.

"Like a second home"
We are coming as a couple for the 5th time to this beautiful, well-maintained holiday home with top amenities. (The new kitchen has an induction stove, an oven at eye level with an integrated microwave, and a dishwasher; in the bathroom, there is a washing machine with drying function, a bathtub, and a shower. There are 2 separate toilets on the ground floor and in the sleeping areas on the upper floor.) Here, one can wonderfully relax in absolute peace. One can sit on one of the two terraces, read, play, and in bad weather also watch TV (satellite TV), etc.
The beach access is about 500 m away, a shopping center and a 9-hole golf course with a family atmosphere are about 2.5 km away.
If there are any questions or problems in the house, one can contact the neighbors who take care of the house and are happy to help.
We are already looking forward to the vacation in Julianadorp aan Zee next year!

Beautiful holiday home in a beachfront location
We spent two lovely weeks in the cozy, well-equipped holiday home. The house is very well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped. We didn't miss anything. An ideal starting point for many activities. We can recommend it without hesitation. The contact with the landlord was very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect, always happy to do it again!
We booked the holiday home for 2 weeks and felt very comfortable there. Nothing was missing. The surroundings are beautiful. You can take great trips with the bikes. Pure nature. We will definitely come back again.
