all on a stylish and well-maintained property of 465m² – what more could you want! Welcome to our private, exclusive, comfortably and tastefully furnished thatched-roof house “STRANDLÄUFER”.
Here you and your family will find plenty of peace and relaxation close to the beach (approx. 200m). The holiday home is in like-new condition and offers a living area of approx. 105m². It is furnished for you over two floors in a modern, practical, and cozy style.
All rooms on the ground floor can be accessed from the beautiful entrance hall. The spacious combined living and kitchen area with several exits to the large west-facing terraces is the centerpiece of the house.
The kitchen offers full equipment with the following appliances: dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment.
The comfortable living area with a beautiful corner sofa, large table, and large TV with a view of the garden ensures a relaxing time! A guest WC, a utility room with washing machine, and a bathroom combined with an integrated sauna for 4 people and an open rain shower complete the lower area.
A well-accessible staircase leads to the upper floor.
The first bedroom has a double bed 180 x 200 m with separate mattresses, as well as, if needed, a children's/youth bed (approx. 2.00 x 0.90 m) for your offspring. In addition, this room has a large wardrobe, TV, seating, and bedside lighting.
The second bedroom has two single beds, each 200x0.90m, as well as, if needed, a children's/youth bed (approx. 1.80x0.70m) for your offspring. In addition, this room has a large wardrobe, TV, seating, and bedside lighting.
An additional storage room for your luggage and a bathroom with toilet and large corner bathtub leave nothing to be desired. The house is heated by underfloor heating on the ground floor and in the upstairs bathroom and hallway. The sauna is equipped with an 8 kW stove, ensuring rapid heating.
Televisions in every room as well as a built-in safe are standard with us.
The lovingly designed outdoor area will delight you. A spacious terrace with garden furniture, sunshade, loungers, and an XXL beach chair are at your disposal. A massive stone grill, as well as a small garden shed for storing your bicycles, are available. We have also thought of the little visitors; a handcart for beach visits or excursions is available.
Important: If you need bed linen and towels, you can book them additionally for €25.00 per person. If you would like to arrive with an electric or hybrid vehicle and charge it at the house, please inform us; in any case, the electricity consumption will be billed separately on site, as we provide a comfortable sauna in the holiday home.
Upon arrival, you will pay the tourist tax to our management company at a rate of €2.00 per person per day. There you will also leave a deposit of €200.00 for the settlement of the above-mentioned costs. In addition, all further costs are included in the flat service fee of €189.00.

The holiday home is located right by the spa park, only 200m from the Baltic Sea.
Go to the coast and turn right, you can walk along the beach all the way to Lohme. If you go to the left, you will reach the harbor and in front of you lies a 2 km long beach promenade, which then leads into the Schaabe nature reserve. There you will find endless beach, sand, and sea.
In town you will find everything that makes for a wonderful vacation.
Good restaurants (also in the off-season), many shops, boat rental, mini-golf course, and plenty of space for cycling along the coast or by the Bodden. From there you can go to Sagard, Lietzow, or to Störtebecker? In the direction of the north, you can explore the Schaabe, Glowe, Wiek, Dranske, Altenkirchen, and of course Cape Arkona.
Usually, you can do more on site than your vacation time allows.
Therefore, if you have not seen everything yet, come back!

We are a nice two-person household that has been connected to the sea for many decades. In addition to our lovely apartment in Putgarten, we have now fulfilled a dream and are owners of the thatched-roof house "Strandläufer". We would be happy to give you the opportunity to spend a wonderful time in the "Strandläufer". The thatched-roof house "Strandläufer" is a dream under thatch! We love the furnishings, the atmosphere, the large sauna, the beautiful sloping walls on the upper floor. The great little, cozy windows!
