The villa features four spacious bedrooms with three king-size beds and one queen-size bed, as well as four modern bathrooms, all en suite, making it ideal for families or couples who value comfort and privacy. Large sliding doors flood the rooms with daylight and offer an unobstructed view of the pool and the sparkling lake from almost every area of the house. The covered terrace is designed without columns and allows an unrestricted view of the water. The spacious pool area is sunny all day and invites you to swim, relax, and sunbathe from morning to evening – a real highlight for sun lovers. At the same time, the covered lanai always offers pleasant shade without obstructing the view of the lake, creating the perfect retreat for relaxing hours. The large saltwater pool is ideal for swimming laps, while the integrated whirlpool provides additional relaxation. Heating is provided by an electric heat pump, so swimming fun is possible at any time of year. For families with small children, a flexible safety fence can be installed upon request.
On the spacious dock with comfortable chairs, you can enjoy atmospheric sunsets right by the water or spend relaxing hours fishing. A rental boat can be easily moored at the dock. From here, you can reach the Caloosahatchee River without a lock, and depending on the boat, route, and weather conditions, the travel time to the Gulf of Mexico is about 30 minutes. The boats available for selection can be found directly below the location map. When booking, you can choose the desired boat.
The villa also leaves nothing to be desired technically: stable high-speed fiber optic internet makes it ideal for workation, home office, streaming, or sharing your best vacation memories. The house is situated on an exceptionally large lot and offers plenty of space for relaxation, games, and sociable evenings by the water.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. About 30 min from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most well-known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 min. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

By making a written booking (including by email), you enter into a contract with CoralVilla. From that point on, the rights and obligations from the contract as well as these contractual terms and conditions become effective for you and CoralVilla.
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement, the following cancellation fees apply:
• from the start of the rental agreement: 20% of the invoice amount
• from the 90th day before the start of the rental: 50% of the invoice amount
• from the 30th day before the start of the rental: 100% of the invoice amount
The relevant date is the date your notification is received by CoralVilla. If received on a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day is considered the date of receipt.
If your deposit is not received within 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation, we ask for your understanding that the booking will be cancelled by us.
A withdrawal from the rental agreement is no longer possible 30 days before the start of the rental. All payments already made (reservation deposit and final payment) will be forfeited. If the final payment is not made on time, this will be interpreted as a cancellation and will result in the loss of the deposit.
