About 30 min from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most well-known, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 min. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

By making a written booking (including by email), you enter into a contract with CoralVilla. From that point on, the rights and obligations from the contract as well as these contractual terms and conditions become effective for you and CoralVilla.
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement, the following cancellation fees apply:
• from the start of the rental agreement: 20% of the invoice amount
• from the 90th day before the start of the rental: 50% of the invoice amount
• from the 30th day before the start of the rental: 100% of the invoice amount
The relevant date is the date your notification is received by CoralVilla. If received on a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day is considered the date of receipt.
If your deposit is not received within 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation, we ask for your understanding that the booking will be cancelled by us.
A withdrawal from the rental agreement is no longer possible 30 days before the start of the rental. All payments already made (reservation deposit and final payment) will be forfeited. If the final payment is not made on time, this will be interpreted as a cancellation and will result in the loss of the deposit.
